“My favorite winery in Niagara on the lake. It’s not only a beautiful organic farm but the owner is present and so passionate about each wine you’re tasting. He sat down with us the last two times when we were visiting. Love the Chardonnay, rose and sparkling wines offered. Always one of my stops when I’m in the NOTL region. “Everything about Palatine Hills Estate Winery was wonderful. “Stopped here for the first time yesterday morning. My knowledge of wine is there is red, white, and pink... so I feel intimidated walking into wineries. Not Flat Rock! My wife sorts out what flight she wants and when it came my turn I said I didn't really know, I'm more of a beer drinker! "We have beer"! We have choices from Shawn & Ed Brewing Co. in Dundas (LagerShed Original is very good). This was the icing on the cake, now they had 2 very happy visitors. Thank you for a great experience, the location is quite stunning. My wife, Les really enjoys your wines and the beer rolled you to the top of the visit list when we're back in the area.“

“What an amazing afternoon with a grand royal structured property, outstanding patio overlooking delicious vineyards and delectable wines. The cheese dots were cheesy heaven and left us satiated.
However the best part of our experience by far was Mirada. She was attentive, energetic and left us feeling her great vibe for the rest of the afternoon. She was so amazing we just decided to skip our next Vineyard.

“We just discovered this little gem. Tucked in amongst flower growers, this place is hidden in plain sight. We stopped and purchased case of wine. The staff we very friendly and helpful. They have a beautiful cover deck, which offers food. We didn't stopforlunch, but will be back. The menu looked good.“

Stocked up on our favourite wines for Xmas gifts and now their New Sangria’s where do I begin with those, The Sempre sparkling wine is Amazing. Love when you open the door to their establishment you are welcomed with the smell of wine. It’s so familiar feels like you are at home celebrating with your big Italian family and catching up with your relatives. That is my experience .“

“This was our first time visiting Niagara Custom Crush. What a great opportunity to sample from at least a dozen businesses that make and retail their wines at this facility. We had a flight of 4 oaked Chardonnays to compare the different styles of winemaking and the vineyards that the grapes came from. It was a nice mix. Some of the bottle labels were interesting too. Staff was very helpful with information on the four wines we tried. They also offer charcuterie to accompany the wines. The grounds are well tended and there are lots of places to sit and enjoy your selections. Indoor seating is offered as well. Overall it was a great experience and we'll be back to sample some other varieties.“
