“Came here for dinner after stopping by Cochecton Spirits and had an amazing night. The cocktails were delicious (highly recommend the Permanent Vacation), and the bartender was awesome even on a super busy Monday night. Everything we ordered was great, especially the hasselback potato. We’ll definitely return on our Catskills trip next year!“

“Great experience. I love visiting NY distilleries and this one was top notch. First off, Roscoe is a cool place to visit, lots to do for such a small town. The spirit tasting was one of the best I experienced as I felt like I was getting an education regarding the process I could appreciate. I would certainly like to return on a weekend and enjoy the barn where they serve up food and host live music events. Oh, I almost forgot, the spirits ... I really enjoyed everything, which is rare indeed, I bought 2 different whiskies, and now I wish I also got the gin and the cream dessert whiskey as well.“

“Fun atmosphere. They had a band and nice couches. We had dessert and the lemon merengue pie was spectacular! They used a perfected recipe or a local bakery. Either way so good!“
