“Took the pup to a dog run in Eisenhower Park and stopped here for a sandwich. I missed them last time when I was coming back from jones beach by a few minutes since they close early at 4pm. Lady working suggested chicken cutlets since they just came out and they were crispy and delicious. Ordered a hero with chicken cutlets, bacon, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise. $14.67 but Yum.“

“Ardito's is staple of the community there in Mineola. Anyone who knows Rosa and Tony will agree with me that they are both amazing. The food is always on point and handed to you with a smile. The lunch hours can get pretty crowded and busy but is worth the wait. I recommend Arditos for everything from sandwiches to salads and pasta.. eggplant parm to die for and some of the best chicken cutlets I have ever had!“

We make it part of our day to take a walk and always stop in for a snack or a sandwhich. Sam and his wife are lovely, friendly people and always make a fuss over the babies. The store is immaculate and the Korean food is not to be missed. The Bulgogi hero is my favorite go to sandwhich....Highly recommend !“

“This hibachi blows a certain local chain out of the water. Amazing food, served by really nice people, out of the most humble kitchen.I had a generous portion of the steak and shrimp combo. “I was working locally and decided to grab lunch from Wheeler Deli after reading the reviews. The deli is smaller and quaint but has a large case of Boars Head meats, salads, and desserts. I ordered an American Hero, sides of macaroni salad, and potato salad, and a piece of the banana bread. They got right to making my order and the wait time was less than 5 minutes. My sandwich was fresh, crisp, and delicious. The salads were creamy and had great flavor. The banana bread was outstanding; dense and sweet and flavorful. The total for food and a drink was less than $25 which was a great value. I’ll be back.“

“Whenever I'm in Merrick, which is usually two or three times a month, I always stop at Bagelman of Merrick. They have the best bacon and egg sandwiches and their tuna and chicken salads are always a welcome sight back home. Their bagels are always fresh and flavorful no matter what variety I get. I've come to know the owner, Boris, and his staff, and they are always most helpful. Looking forward to my next trip to Merrick.“

The food was all vegetarian [Eggplant, Egg salad, Tuna, Veggie wrap, Potato salad, Cole slaw] and no complaints from any of the guests, so all good.
Especially liked the eggplant wraps and potato salad.

Because of COVID I wont open rh e sandwhich but all of my sandwiches I have asked for cheese but everytime I get home .....there is none. Its my faukt though I know netter to watch my food being prepared and making sure all the ingredients are there. AI havent really fully enjoyed the sandwich becuae its missing a key ingredient. “The hot food here (Latin Food) is made fresh daily and it's pretty. You get a decent portion for 1 for $5. Breakfast sandwiches starting at $3 so you can't go wrong and the cold cut hero's are enormous to some really good brewed coffee. Not much on the negative to say except that it would be nice if they carried a larger variety of drink but from canned goods to cleaning supplies to house hold items and an ATM this deli has a lot to offer at good prices.“

I was accidentally given French fries instead of the French toast. This is not that big of a deal but the man at the counter argued with me that I ordered French fries, instead of offering to fix the $40 order. It was 8:50am and I already had ordered hash browns with my breakfast; I wouldn’t have ordered French fries with that.“
