“So today I went to this Jersey Mikes in Pt Jef to get sandwiches for our flight back to Florida. I had accumulated shore points and decided to use some today except that when check out time came they’re system wasn’t able to use the points because apparently I had a security code ( that I never knew I had) and without me entering the code it wasn’t happening. So after a few attempts Laura the owner/mgr told me they would be on the house ! I offered to pay but she insisted on comping me. I left my phone number so if they figured out the problem I would come back and they could take my points. A little later Danny called me and told me how to fix it on the app and it worked. It removed whatever code there was. I just want to thank
Laura and Danny for going above and beyond to make me happy and I also want to thank Tori and Sam for making 2 great sandwiches!! Turned out to be a great experience !“

“Visited the Bohemia location for the first time. I pulled up and panicked that they were closed. Relieved to find that it was open and was greeted by an amazing associate that I came to title “Mr Jersey Mike “ as he was a rockstar! He looked like a very young Michael J Fox ! As I said it was my first time and I was accompanied by 2 disabled gentleman that I was treating for dinner. It was Saturday early evening June 1st and I’m hoping you can check your payroll records and give recognition to this incredible helpful knowledgeable and polite dude ! He knew his stuff and made recommendations that were fabulous! The staff working with him were a great team and I left a good tip. Please acknowledge these young men. Their work ethic and professionalism with disabled adults is really worthy of notating! The world hasn’t really had a great work ethic since Covid and these dudes are changing that ! I was surprised to read some negative reviews because the workers there that day were extremely friendly & helpful. We got the #9 giant hero and a bag of chips (no onions/pickles), all the toppings including hot peppers ? and we had it on the rosemary parm bread . The sub was fresh and was delicious, much better than we expected. The perfect takeout food for beach, picnic or boat. This fed two adults for both lunch and dinner. For about $20. “This is my go to subway. There is no other I will go to. Not only is it close to my job but the 2 employees there are the best I've ever encountered. Nick and Valerie are by far the best sandwich artist I have ever seen at a subway. Their positive energy is toxic, Their knowledge is phenomenal, their customer service is unmatched and it's always a pleasure to walk in and walk out happy. I always get the same thing so I'm sure I'm a great and easy customer to serve but they always make me smile and leave happier then when I walked in. “I finally was able to come here on open hours and get my club sandwich. I have to say it didn’t disappoint. Blimpie takes the top spot of all sandwiches in my book. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for me. I took pictures but by the time I can get a good angle, I was done with my club sandwich. This location is great, one of the employees, I think Jefferson is great with customers and makes a hell of a sandwich. It’s sad that Blimpie must go, but there’s always ice cream at this location. I’ve tried midnight cookies and cream and it was delightful. Ofc it was is was by no other than Haagen-Dazs.“

“This was my first time to this Subway. I've been to bad ones before where I've gotten sick so I stopped eating it for awhile but I had a random craving for Subway today. I came in around 11:30 am. There was one man ahead of me. The clerk finished with him much faster than I expected. I noticed the store was very clean. The atmosphere was comfortable. I happened for some reason to look at their prepping boards and they were pure white which actually calmed my fear about getting sick. I ordered a philly cheesesteak with provolone cheese, lettuce, onions, sweet peppers, pickles, black olives and jalapeno (like I said random craving) He made a joke when he rung up my order and said $125.40 instead of $12.54 I laughed and asked him his name. He told me his name is Rocky. He printed my receipt and said if I do the survey on the receipt I could get a free cookie. I went on the website right then and there and answered the questions. Rocky even helped me and I got a free cookie. Rocky had great customer service. He made me feel welcomed. Oh and the sanidwich? was awesome! Perfect amount of toppings to complement the steak.
