From our first email/text to book, the correspondence up until the party and day of, great customer service. And the set-up and food….. AMAZING. “Really disappointed in our order tonight. Chicken fingers had a stale chemical taste. Hot meat sauce made my cheeseburger plate inedible as it was strikingly hot from previous experiences on plates. Bacon burger also had an odd taste. Not sure what the deal is as this is not the norm for our experience there.“

“This BK is by far the best one I've been to in my life. My first time here I recall how fresh the ingredients on my Whopper tasted. The fries have always been hot, soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside. My expectations for fast food are pretty low and generally I just try to avoid it, but this BK really did have me wanting to return to it. My orders have been accurate every time. The drive thru is quick and everyone there has been friendly and polite. They do a great job and I really hope they keep it up.The vanilla shake and whoppers are highly recommended. I also highly recommend getting the BK app because it gives free size upgrades on fries and you get free food by racking up points.“

“Have been coming to custom house for almost two years now. Service is awesome and the friendliest people you will meet in Brockport. Atmosphere is equisetic and homey and filled with cute little knickknacks all around the restaurant. Food is super reasonable especially for college students that are looking for a night out in the town. I have ordered a variety of meals from here and not once have I ever been disappointed in the food or presentations. If you are located in Brockport or looking for a new place to try I would highly recommended Custom House for your next night out!.“
