“The best neighborhood bar around! The owners, Bob and Amy truly care about their staff and customers. The day regulars are all good people. The bartenders go above and beyond! From Loren, Rutheanne, Nancy, Deb, Erica, Liz, Tammy, Jess and Nina - they will make you feel at home. Stop in for a drink, stay for a game of darts or pool, hang out on the deck in the summertime. They have a number of weekly events. Just don't tell anyone. Keep it our secret...“

“Finally got to Hook & Reel!! Great vibe, great food! We sat at the bar and enjoyed Danielle’s company. Rob, was an incredible insight to the short history of this restaurant and is wonderful. We chatted about the history of this type of venue in Middletown and how to survive. He gets it. While chatting, his head was on a swivel, watching his guests and crew. Rob spoke so highly about his crew, you would think they were family. I am so glad I went and enjoyed the family atmosphere. Well done team!!“

“We came here after visiting Legoland because we didn’t want to eat at the hotel there. I found this place online and we wanted to give it a try. I’m SO glad we did. The food was delicious!!! We were happy with everything we got. Our waitress was so sweet and welcoming, she even recommended a local ice cream spot nearby for dessert! You can tell the staff there really cares about their patrons. Highly recommend this lovely restaurant if you are in Goshen!!“

“We are camping at neversink RV resort and was looking for a local brewery. And found a nice spot that had a nice mix of brewery and commercial beers. Food was phenomenal. “Just had lunch at Copper Barn. Had the avocado soup....soooo good!! My husband and I both had a turkey BLT on a panini. Took half of mine home so I could have a piece of their sour cream coffee cake (the best!). With all that said, the icing on the cake was the server, Shanelle. She was informative, personable and sweet with a great sense of humor!!! Thank you Shanelle and Copper Barn for a great lunch!!😊😊“

“I had pizza from this place for the first time and “OMG”, it was one of the best pizzas I’ve had!! The dough was crunchy and crispy. It was thick but airy the crust was a French bread homestyle taste. It felt as if I was eating a homemade dish made by grandma! I’m not from around there. My son went to the barber shop next door and decided to get some pizza to bring home. We live about 40 min away and this place by far is the best pizza place. This became our pizza spot!!“
