“My wife and I stopped in to Amici Diner on main st in Williamsville for breakfast today. What I treat , hometown cooking at a reasonable price! I had the cowboy omelette (western) my wife had the veggie omelette. We both had hash browns, toast and coffee. Everything was so tasty, Thanks to the owners Nicole and Nancy who make everything fresh daily ! We live in North Tonawanda but see doctors out this way . “I've only had a handful of poor experiences here since the day they opened the (original) restaurant. I ordered the tuna sandwich as a melt, never had an issue before. this time, they (Tiffany) told me since I asked for it as a melt it would be $3.75 for a piece of lettuce on it, and another $3.75 for a tomato slice on each half of the melt. Both of which come on the tuna sandwich which is what's on the menu. (One would think they would only charge for the cheese, since it was asked for as a melt) The greek potatoes were over cooked mush, and I ended up taking them home, only to throw them out. Disappointing overall experience.“

“Their food is good but customer service is lacking. In 7 months they have screwed up my order 3 different times. I order about once a month. I feel like I should have been compensated a little better for my inconvenience if they want return business. Not looking for a freebie. Carbone's in Alden does a much better job overall. “Another awesome experience, our server was Lexi and she was amazing, knew how to joke around and took our antics in stride. Extremely courteous, attentive, friendly and made our dining experience a great one. We we’re at the Transit location a month prior for a club dinner and had a great time then too. If you go and have either Lexi or Lydia as your server - just know you’re going to have a great time! They both went above and beyond. Food was good, service was incredible. Our visit was only disappointing in the fact that we had to leave. I don’t eat out often but the last 2 times I’ve chosen Olive Garden on Transit and do not regret it at all. Hopefully those servers are there the next time we go!“

“One of the more iconic pizzas in Buffalo has made it out to the Eastern sticks. Easy to order online, I just had to wait a few minutes for my food order because I got there a few minutes early. On the pricier side for WNY, but you get what you pay for and then some.“

The calamari appetizer was probably the best I’ve ever had. The two other dinner guests had the gnocchi and meatballs which were delicious. “They need better napkins. There napkins are tiny and are like using one sheet of 1 ply TP. They just disintegrate all over your mouth and hands. And they have some messy @$$ pizza and wings too. But it's all delicious and would def order again and recommend!“
