“I've only had a handful of poor experiences here since the day they opened the (original) restaurant. I ordered the tuna sandwich as a melt, never had an issue before. this time, they (Tiffany) told me since I asked for it as a melt it would be $3.75 for a piece of lettuce on it, and another $3.75 for a tomato slice on each half of the melt. Both of which come on the tuna sandwich which is what's on the menu. (One would think they would only charge for the cheese, since it was asked for as a melt) The greek potatoes were over cooked mush, and I ended up taking them home, only to throw them out. Disappointing overall experience.“

“Good evening! I could not go to bed tonight without acknowledging the fabulous service my two friends and I received at the Acropolis on Main Street. Our server Anthony C was outstanding! All three of us commented that we could not remember a time where we had such an attentive server that was also entertaining and gracious. You are blessed and lucky to have some like him on your team. We do a monthly dinner on Main Street and are already planning on coming back to Acropolis for our September dinner (if we can find out when Anthony C is working!) “We go to many olive garden franchises as we go around road traveling. Live in MA and had a road trip to the Niagara Falls with the family, stopped by after a long day and we had an amazing experience.
Had to review this place for the best one we’ve been to so far. Our doggy was welcomed and greeted by the crew, food was the delicious and came out all so fast we were surprised, our bellies were happy on the way out. Thank you so much Amanda! :)“

“Everything I've ever tried at Mayback's has been delicious. From the breakfast pizza to the regular pizza. This is one of the only places in the 716 that makes good chicken fingers (the honey mustard ones are divine) and a good cheese steak. The fish fry is the best I've had in years. If you want a real treat try the turkey sub with pickles and extra meat. The freshest salads I've ever had. Food is amazing, prices are great, and everyone who works there is friendly. They've got something for everyone. Easily my favorite place to get food in Buffalo.“

“Another awesome experience, our server was Lexi and she was amazing, knew how to joke around and took our antics in stride. Extremely courteous, attentive, friendly and made our dining experience a great one. We we’re at the Transit location a month prior for a club dinner and had a great time then too. If you go and have either Lexi or Lydia as your server - just know you’re going to have a great time! They both went above and beyond. Food was good, service was incredible. Our visit was only disappointing in the fact that we had to leave. I don’t eat out often but the last 2 times I’ve chosen Olive Garden on Transit and do not regret it at all. Hopefully those servers are there the next time we go!“

“Wish I could give this place 5 stars BUT…
While the food comes out fresh and hot (or cold, however you ordered) the price is a bit outrageous. $60 for 4 subs and a side of fries!? Not to mention that sometimes my sub comes with something I didn’t ask for, mainly lettuce. Wish the employee would repeat the order back to double check. The food is delicious, I recommend the fish fry! Mainly gets subs here, but occasionally get the fish or a salad - very rarely get pizza here, but it is delicious when I do!“

“we found this place a cpl weeks ago and have ordered from at least 2x a week now. my favorite is their massive burger. it is so dam big I can only eat 1/2 and save the other. but their mini fried doughs are out of this world!!! They're like mini clouds of powdery chewy air. legit my favorite place.“

“When I’m in town I always get a hot pie. Always brings back memories of growing up in Amherst during the 1980’s. Lots of delicious flavor, top notch pepperoni and the sauce. Thanks Bocce’s. My only complaint is on $1 wing night I want just 6 but I’m forced to order a minimum of 10. So I skipped the wings. Great pizza.“

“My daughter and I stumbled on this place by accident. We were driving around, looking for a place to eat. Today was our second time dining there. The waitresses are professional yet friendly. The food is amazing and it seems to be a nice, family friendly place for a meal, a snack or dessert.“

“This is one of my favorite go to spots when I’m in office. The restaurant is always clean, warm and friendly staff and my food orders are pretty much always accurate. If I had an issue, they go above and beyond to rectify the situation.

Today was no different, I placed my order before leaving my house and it was ready when I arrived. I ordered a Southwest Chicken Ranch salad and a Spicy Fiesta sandwich-both modified and they were made as ordered. The salad alone is very filling and fresh as was the bread and the sandwich was overflowing.

I enjoy seeing pretty much the same staff day in and day out who always greet me with a smile!

“The 14-in cheesesteak sub was very good. It was hot and customized correctly. Curbside pickup was difficult to find, but worked out very well once I was there. My only complaint about the entire process, tthe sub really could have used more toppings on it. The peppers were a bit sparse, the mushrooms were even harder to find. Other than that, it was a good experience.“

“Canadians visiting for an event at the keybank center our kids wanted to visit Olive Garden because they had seen it on IG so as parents we indulged for our nostalgia... and we were NOT disappointed! The staff here are fantastic. Shout out to Skye, she was fantastic! Quick service, food was great, big portions. The never ending salad and breadsticks was just as we remembered, and we had the chicken parm and chicken alfredo. Cool little electronic machines at each table to order, play games on and pay for your order was a surprise tech that we enjoyed! We will most definitely be back!“

“They need better napkins. There napkins are tiny and are like using one sheet of 1 ply TP. They just disintegrate all over your mouth and hands. And they have some messy @$$ pizza and wings too. But it's all delicious and would def order again and recommend!“

“Obsessed with this place! I come here practically every day for lunch and there’s a reason I keep coming back. Firstly the staff is FANTASTIC everyone is so friendly and helpful. “So I did a rapid pickup via the app. When I got to the store to look on the shelf my food was already gone. When I asked at counter, manager check and told me someone must of took it and was super apologetic. I doubt it was someone accidentally taking the wrong one, my name would have been on the bag and there are not many with my last name. They re-made it all super quick, and upgraded my drink. They were super kind about and offered my a cookie too. The manager apologized again when she handed me my food, I told her it’s all good. There is one staff member who we always see ( i need to catch her name) who is always so happy. Kind and engaging. Well kept bathroom and dinning area as well!“
