“My wife and I went tonight to have a nice dinner. Everything was delicious and cooked to perfection. My wife had the two way French onion soup. Both were excellent, we even got an extra to take home to my son and he loved it as well. I had never had a roasted salad before and am definitely glad I tried it. The roasting adds a nice twist to it. Both of our entrees were also extremely well made and delicious. We also very much enjoyed the atmosphere. Overall a really great dining experience. We even had a slight mishap that was very flukey. The owner handled it immediately and went above and beyond in doing so. If you’re looking for a nice sit down restaurant, we would highly recommend it and we will definitely be back.“

“The waitress were attentive. We waited long time for the food, about 35 minutes. I ordered the Chilean sea bass. The macadamia nut was a little burned. The portion was small. The vegetables came with it consisted of inexpensive ingredients: squash and carrots. I didn't like the mashed potato. I only took one bite.“

“This place is amazing! The food was delicious. I had the chicken souvlaki wrap, ate 1/2 for my lunch and the second 1/2 for dinner. The next day I wished I had saved the second half. My friend had a burger and it was huge. She really enjoyed it. Also, the fries were fine perfectly. Crispy and served hot.

“Maybe we were overhyped. Everything I heard and read said this place was legendary. But the menu was limited: beef on Weck and buffalo wings... or if you want a pizza, you can get the same options but on a crust with cheese. Otherwise, fairly standard sports bar apps.
The inside seemed too dark for a lunch, and the 'outside' area with lots of snow was crowded. Service was polite, but slow for such a small menu. We're told the place always gets a wait by noon and yet it takes 25 minutes to get your food even with so few options for entrees seems uncalculated and unnecessarily slow.
Food was good, but I'd say I've had equal quality wings and sauce at a bit fairer price. And the beef on weck seemed on par with Charlie the butcher, but comes with a handful of chips, not fries, at $15 for just the sandwich? I couldn't go 5 stars. Cost of business, I suppose

The waitress, Anne (I think I got the name right), was fantastic with a nice personality. She answered any questions about the menu perfectly and her timing with the courses was spot-on. The steaks were cooked as requested. The atmosphere was nice and cozy and there were so many interesting things to read and look at on the walls that if conversation isn't your thing, you could amuse yourself by looking around. “First time in the area for a Bills game- From Toronto, Ontario..was trying to find a place that was open for some food for after the game. Stumbled upon Kettles. We called from the car asking if we could do an order for pick up. They initially said they usually don’t do that on game nights and prefer people to dine-in. We mentioned that we were driving back to Toronto that night- agreed to make the wings and could pick them up in 20minutes.Did not realize they were a cash only and explained that I didn’t know if my bank card would work in their atm being from Canada- the lady that I was dealing with offered that I could venmo her the amount (Canada doesn’t have venmo) ATM worked. Wings were paid for. Service was great. Staff was very friendly. Wings were AMAZING. Will be a for sure stop every time I’m back on American soil.“

“The food and service was good. Be aware! The prices on the menu are different from what they charge you. My meal in the menu was $18.99. I was charged $23.99 for shrimp scampi and much smaller portion from past order. Fish fry was listed as $15.99 was charged 21.99. They need to let you know the prices are higher than what is listed in their menu. ?‍♀️“
