“Sweetest cafe in Irvington, New York. Clean space, service is smooth and quick, food is fresh, and they have an array of pastry options. We tried the honey turkey sandwich, tiramisu, and cappuccino- everything was just right and the portions perfect. You’ll feel at home inside; ideal for breakfast, brunch or for study. “Got the sausage and cheese on ciabatta & cappuccino. Ciabatta was very soft and the sandwich had a good amount of sausage and egg. There are a lot of baked goods and it's next to the MNR station. So it's a good spot for eating & train spotting“

“Lifelong Palisades resident, and have loved the 9W Market/The Filling Station since it opened back in 2011! A HUGE improvement over the previous ownership when it was called the Palisades Market which opened in the spring of 2010 and was only open for a few months and then closed. I was so disappointed with the Palisades Market because it lacked a decent food selection and this community needed something so much more. Luckily, the owners of the 9W Market have done such an amazing job! I’ve never had a bad meal here! The ingredients are high quality and super fresh! The atmosphere and ambiance is very relaxing and tranquil! Love the bistro theme on the indoor side and picnic theme by the filling station burger stand. Not to mention, the burgers are the best I’ve ever had! Made with high quality grass fed beef! This is gourmet nyc restaurant style food right in our local neighborhood! Keep up the great work!“

“This place is a hidden gem/slice of heaven. The pastries are made fresh daily and are light and really perfectly balanced. They come with great flavors that you don't commonly find like cardamom. It was very hard to decide but I went with a pistachio option for pastry/doughnut. I also ordered a cappuccino and added one of their cafe-made flavors: s'mores. They offer others but this was especially good and again, not overly sweet. They really got it right. Dean and Co are very friendly & courteous. If you're close by, make this a part of your morning routine!

“They say never judge a book by its cover, well that couldn’t be more true for Lou’s Wagon (hot dog truck). On the surface, it’s a really small white box-truck that doesn’t appear to offer much. Rest assure, that is not the case. The food and service here was great. The two hotdogs with chili, cheese and cooked onions that I purchased were very tasty. The chili had just the right consistency and the cheese actually tasted like cheese. The bread wasn’t stale and the dogs didn’t taste like they’ve been sitting in boiled water for a week. The food was fresh. The lady running the hot dog truck was extremely welcoming, quick and courteous. For anyone looking for a quick bite and tasty hot dogs at a very affordable price compared to other food trucks I’ve stopped at, this spot is a winner. They also offer hot sausage, Dr. Browns soda, chips and cookies. The food spot is perfectly located right at the corner of an intersection just off 9A and Croton Dam Rd. Give them a try. You won’t regret it!“

“I came around noon for a protein snack and to get some work done on my laptop. They have protein shakes too, but their green energy bowl was delicious and satiating. It was a bit loud so it was hard to concentrate, but it's the perfect place to grab a bite on the go! I spent 15$ for my bowl.“

- Staff was very friendly and courteous.
- Food tasted great. We had the Cubano sandwich, steak sandwich, chicken croquet, cafecito, and flan. I'm usually not a fan of Cubano sandwiches but this one hit the spot. Steak sandwich and flan were good.
- The cafecito was really great. I loved the taste and strong it was.
- The two store owners and us chatted during the downtime. They are lovely folks.
- We'll definitely stop by next time we're in Sleepy Hollow.

The host personally came up, spoke to us and said they don't have it as a standard item on the menu. But would like to make it for us. They came out looking and tasted delicious!!!! “I work in Montvale, NJ and I hear wonderful things about this place. During my lunch hour, I placed an order over the phone and spoke with Emily who was attentive, accommodating and was able to get my custom order perfect. Upon picking up, ammon greeted me quickly and confirmed my order right away. The vegetarian sandwich was amazing and Emily suggested I add the roasted peppers in lieu of the cromini mushrooms. It was amazing and I will be ordering from here again.“

“Ordered a PEC on a plain bagel. Bagel was really soft and fresh. Wasn't the neatest sandwich as you can see in the picture, it looks like they threw it all together really fast. All in all it was a decent sandwich. Edit: (2nd Trip) Ordered a BLT on a bagel and it was huge and tasted great. See pictures. The Deli has plenty of things to choose on the menu, and plenty of other fresh items. There is a lot of seating inside, and they have a small table or two outside. Nice little place to enjoy breakfast and a coffee. They also have a TV which you can watch while enjoying your breakfast.“

I got a massive bowl of chicken soup with fresh herbs and lime juice that was the tastiest chicken soup I’ve ever had. Between ourselves and our friends we went up multiple times to get more food, smoothies and drinks. Honestly so good, great value and the staff were so accommodating and sweet.“
