However, our experience last Wednesday was unexpectedly disappointing. My steak salad was stale, with dry steak and anchovies that had an off-putting smell. The salad itself was soggy, and the shrimp did not taste fresh. Meanwhile, my husband's pizza was overly salty and overcooked. We're hoping this was just an isolated incident, as we've always had positive experiences in the past. The burger was VERY good and the pricing you can not beat! Perfect medium rare, with chipotle aioli, which I wasn’t expecting from a pizza place. Wings also very good! You can tell everything is fresh. Little gem in Ossining! So good I might even try the steak or salmon next time (which I’d typically never do at a pizza place, personally)
