“When I first walked in, the guy behind the counter was making pizza and made it clear he wasn’t going to stop to help me, which I loved. It’s like the old-school Bronx pizzeria attitude where making the pizza is more important than customer service. But this pizza is the real deal—you can tell everyone loves what they do. When it came time to pay, the guy who was washing dishes in the back came out and took care of it. At the end of the day, they all work like a team to make sure you don’t wait when it’s time to pay. “I have passed this place thousands of times, but never ate here. I stopped in tonight and was pleasantly surprised. We ordered pizza, 2 heroes and some cannoli's to go. The pizza was excellent and in my opinion, better than the pizza at other nearby restaurants! The heroes also got great reviews!! Although I'm not a huge fan of cannoli's, they were very good and hit the spot :) I have no idea why it took me so long to try this place out, but I will def. be back! The staff was also super friendly.

Parking: Parking can be challenging, especially on the weekends, but definitely worth the effort!“

I thought I’d found my “favorite pizzeria” until tonight. I decided to try something new so I ordered the Grandma Pie, Garlic Knots, and my boyfriend wanted Zeppoles. First off, seeing my pizza - and the small. Omg it looked so good! I loved how it didn’t flop, it was firm and had a very nice crust. Deep dish but not too doughy. The crushed tomato’s were incredible, the sauce, everything taste absolutely amazing. The garlic knots were great! Not overly oily like practically everywhere else… It all tasted fresh, especially the tomato’s. I usually don’t like tomato’s but wow. I’m in love. My boyfriend loved the his dessert as well. The mozzarella sticks were perfectly crispy and cheesy, the garlic knots were delicious, the pizza was flat, no flop, crispy and flavorful…..an 8.1 which is a proper score and finally the chicken parmigiana with steamed vegetables was cooked perfectly and simply tasty. Most pizza places in Rockland suck. Let’s be honest. They are good. But not ya know Anyway got a individual Taco pizza. It was an actual dough pizza not Pizzete which is just a big tortilla. That make that around here and charge a lot. All sides were there in box. Tasted yummy. Also personal Bronx meat pizza. Very nice size and excellent meat to cheese ratio. Delicious. Chef Salad Was Banging!! Best of all ……. Def must order Stuffed mushroom. Hands down one of the BEST I have ever had Also prices were awesome !!! They've made me a pizza roll from scratch with spinach and mushrooms, and today they also made my husband and I fish and shrimp burritos. Every visit has been excellent.
