“Jersey Mike’s is the greatest sub chain in the game. No question at all. This location in particular is phenomenal. I’ve been coming here since they opened in 2021 and everything about this place is incredible. Friendly and efficient staff, inviting atmosphere, and the subs are fire! “This is in response to the people that felt they had to write a bad review on here about me doxing a customer who could not pick up their food because they had to take their son to the emergency room. When I had originally posted about it on my Facebook page, they had made up a story that he took his son to the hospital, and that is why he did not pay or pick up the food. I was bashed online for something that was completely untrue! So I took the post down and unfortunately not quick enough before someone took a screen shot of it and posted it on here. The next day a lady from their team felt bad after they trashed my restaurant online, she called and paid the entire bill plus tip! She told me that these people were running late to the baseball game and that is why they didn't come pick up their food. I'm glad someone had the morals to do the right thing!”

“Great food, nice service, very clean -BUT- tonight we attended a birthday party in a side room. Catered for 30 supposedly, but only 25 people came and they ran out of food on the taco bar. Then they refused to add any additional food- refused! Then the host arrived and they refused to give him, his son and his parents any food unless they paid for it separately. The owners (a couple) gave conflicting prices. One said they could reserve tables, the other said no the host had to rent the whole room. Plesant atmosphere but most of us will not return. Poor business practice!”

“We catered this weekend for my daughter's graduation. Unbelievable and couldn't be happier with our experience and the food which was all fresh. We got a cold cut platter, 3 half trays of hot appetizers, salads,desserts and more. Reasonably priced and more than enough food.We catered for 12 people.Living out of town, all was done by phone. Tino and Debbie were great to work with and very flexible. I highly recommend for a catering party and graduations in May.”

Although there are quick options, it is primarily a sit-down, table service restaurant, and it strikes the perfect balance between a casual cafe and a more formal affair. During the winter, you'll see people hanging out with laptops; it's a great place to work with solid Wi-Fi. Speed test: 782 Mbps down, 35 Mbps up. This is the kind of restaurant where anything you order is going to taste amazing. The more exotic it sounds, the better it will be. The usual fare is also great, so it's a safe place to take a group that has a mix of adventurous and picky eaters.”

“I ate at this location and i have to say the food is very delicious and it’s right in SUNY Oneonta campus! Today i ate the chicken quesadilla with cheese and chicken and i ate all of it because i was extra hungry today because they made me wait for the Mac and cheese because the “My Kitchen” is closed between 3-5 for little to no reason. I like to eat chicken and cheese flavored quesadillas allot because they taste very excellent most of the time. As you can tell i cleaned my plate after I ate all my food because i had to and it was very delicious. Very good!”
