“Great food, nice service, very clean -BUT- tonight we attended a birthday party in a side room. Catered for 30 supposedly, but only 25 people came and they ran out of food on the taco bar. Then they refused to add any additional food- refused! Then the host arrived and they refused to give him, his son and his parents any food unless they paid for it separately. The owners (a couple) gave conflicting prices. One said they could reserve tables, the other said no the host had to rent the whole room. Plesant atmosphere but most of us will not return. Poor business practice!”

“i was a customer at jackie's from 1997 to 2017 when i would go to the hall of fame induction weekends with my buddies from high school.. i had to stop going due to health reasons and can't tell you how much i miss going and getting to be with my buddies and having breakfast every morning with jackie, her sisters, mom/dad, daughter and others who worked there.. it was always the highlight of my day to order a grandslam with extra bacon and blueberry pancakes and banter with all the girls... this year they signed a newspaper saying hi and that they missed me and my buddies brought it to me... their kindnesses and friendships made the food even better.. there is no other place like it in the world for me.. it has always been like family for me, they are all the best and i love them all. ty for all of that love through the years... love you all, andy mark”

“Jersey Mike’s is the greatest sub chain in the game. No question at all. This location in particular is phenomenal. I’ve been coming here since they opened in 2021 and everything about this place is incredible. Friendly and efficient staff, inviting atmosphere, and the subs are fire! Daily items are often better than some of the other options on the menu, choosing the cafe/coffee shop "staple" foods is recommended. It is often busy, so there may be a wait. Plenty of good drinks, though some have more flavoring than coffee at times.”
