When I called to place order they were so helpful and offered some great ideas! On morning of pick up they were extremely busy but still friendly and efficient and even helped bring stuff to my car. “I just went in for an Iced Green Tea w/ melted honey. I have been a coffee drinker for 15 years and just switched. Every dunkin I go to straight up refuses to even try to make it. Nobody cares.

The manager at this Dunkin Donuts not only cared enough to listen to my request, he made the drink PERFECT. I worked for Dunkin Donuts for about a year and it's like I made it myself.

10/10. I would go here over any other Dunkin in the area.“

“Copiague Dunkin’ Donuts in the evening is horrible! Employees speak Spanish and speak their native language in front of customers talking about them! Once I had to walk behind counter to ASK for service NOBODY answered my call for assistance and they looked at me like I had two heads for walking in back!!! They also didn’t honor me with a free cup of coffee on Tuesday for nurses day!!! It’s a national chain that does this for nurses after 9-11 but not copiague dunkin. “This Dunkin’ is always reliable, and a big part of that is thanks to Zack and Miguel. They’re great at what they do. Friendly, quick, and they always seem to remember my order, which makes the morning rush so much easier. My drink is always made fast and correctly, and the place is consistently clean and well-run. You can tell these two really keep things moving and help the store run smoothly.

“I bought from this dunkin donuts Drive thru behind bp gas station. I only noticed after I bit into the sandwich, that they got my order wrong. Coffee wrong too. I drove away I tried to call them To give them feedback and their number is out of service as of today, July 16th 2024.
I see a review from a year ago that their number was also out of service then. I find that very strange.“

So when this brand-new Shell station opened with a Tim Hortons inside, we had to stop in.

“I have been going to this Dunkin all the time there is this guy that is so nice and treats all his customers with much love and respect he goes above and beyond with everyone. Especially with kids and seniors and people with disabilities. I wish there was more people like him in other businesses, I recommend coming to during the afternoon times it’s the best times.“
