When I called to place order they were so helpful and offered some great ideas! On morning of pick up they were extremely busy but still friendly and efficient and even helped bring stuff to my car. “I just went in for an Iced Green Tea w/ melted honey. I have been a coffee drinker for 15 years and just switched. Every dunkin I go to straight up refuses to even try to make it. Nobody cares.

The manager at this Dunkin Donuts not only cared enough to listen to my request, he made the drink PERFECT. I worked for Dunkin Donuts for about a year and it's like I made it myself.

“The dozen donuts are cheaper here than any other DD nearby, so I come here every time. I usually place a mobile order and my order is correct and ready when I show up. I came inside to ask for something off the menu one day and the young man working here was so sweet and he helped me out and made the perfect smoothie for my picky son. I’ve never had an issue and have been coming here for a few years.“

“Copiague Dunkin’ Donuts in the evening is horrible! Employees speak Spanish and speak their native language in front of customers talking about them! Once I had to walk behind counter to ASK for service NOBODY answered my call for assistance and they looked at me like I had two heads for walking in back!!! They also didn’t honor me with a free cup of coffee on Tuesday for nurses day!!! It’s a national chain that does this for nurses after 9-11 but not copiague dunkin. “I bought from this dunkin donuts Drive thru behind bp gas station. I only noticed after I bit into the sandwich, that they got my order wrong. Coffee wrong too. I drove away I tried to call them To give them feedback and their number is out of service as of today, July 16th 2024.
I see a review from a year ago that their number was also out of service then. I find that very strange.“
