“We happened upon this place because we were in the mood for Greek and were close by. Everything was absolutely delicious, some of the best Greek food I've ever had. Service with a smile, and so clean and welcoming inside. We will be back!!“

Was great because so many other establishments were closed for their own lunch breaks, so we were lucky to find such a wonderful open spot. “We recently went there for Mother’s Day. It was super busy! This place is so far the best Greek place I have been too. It is a hole in the wall but it is an excellent hole in the wall. We ordered two salads and they were both excellent. The one with figs actually had a good amount of fig pieces in it. Their soups were fresh too, not heavily salted. Their entrees were sumptuous, healthy and very tasty. We ordered two entrees and they were both excellent. Post lunch they gave out Greek yogurt deserts with fruit and they also gave a small cup of chickpea salad after we sat down. Everything was fresh. The pita bread was warm and fresh. After a couple of days, it is still fresh, unlike the store bought ones that harden. This was our first visit and it won’t be our last. The owner was warm and welcoming. The staff was attentive and caring. People waited a while for pick ups and that only goes to show how popular the restaurant is. The best part: prices were reasonable! 😂“

From the moment you get there with their chickpea salad, which is phenomenal and then there’s tzatziki, which is also the best I’ve ever had you off perfectly. “I dined at this restaurant with three other friends on Sunday, 8/17. We had food off of the $37 menu. It is a three-course dinner. I had the Fried Calamari, done perfectly, Filet Mignon, also done perfectly, and chocolate ice cream dessert. The food and service were over the top. They also have a party room that can hold 70 people. I highly recommend SYMI for your dining pleasure. Enjoy.“

“This family owned restaurant is worth the time and effort. Nothing fancy except good Greek food. We both eat in and take out The staff is so accommodating and friendly. Many times the owners wife and children are eating there. Food is delicious and all staff, front and back of house, are friendly and professional. Nice view of the town and calm atmosphere. Most of the wait staff hired are in high school or college, making this a good place to go to if you’re looking to support neighborhood kids. The owner is a kind, respected member of the local town who goes above and beyond to give back to the community. 10/10 highly recommend.“

“First time dining here and overall a really solid experience. The food was enjoyable — the lemon orzo soup was comforting, the lamb gyro taco had great flavor, and the chicken kebab skewers was cooked well. Drinks were a standout, especially the dirty raspberry martini, which was excellent.

The vibe is casual and relaxed. There were a couple small service hiccups, but nothing that took away from the meal. Overall, we enjoyed it and would definitely come back again.“

“I was here yesterday, ordered Chicken Karahi, Kebabs, Chicken Tikka with Naan. Everything was delicious and closer to the perfection. Raita and special Spicy Onions made things more delicious. I will definitely visit again to try other dishes. One more thing which i liked, there werr no mandatory service charges, you can tip whatever you want to. Beautiful small space with Quality Food. “I was craving mezze bad literally all day but didn't want to go to the place near work during my lunch break so I was CRANKY when I got home. Googled when I got home and saw this close by, forced my husband out of the house to drive me before I got so hangry I murdered him. Husband got a quinoa bowl (why anyone eats quinoa is beyond me but he really enjoyed it) piled high, I got falafel, and I got an order of each of the spreads. Absolutely hit the spot--also I make the feta dip (tyrokafteri) at home which I've been making for years and people rave about it (literally, like I'm pretty famous for it in my circles) but somehow this tastes better than mine?!? How dare they make it better than me?!? One day I'll figure out their recipe but until the I guess I'll have to keep buying it to divine their secrets. Falafel was crispy on the outside, tender and not dry on the inside, great portions. I only remembered to review with a picture after I mostly demolished it so sorry if you were hoping for a picture of the whole thing.“

“This is my third time back to this burger spot. OMG!!! Simply delicious. Great staff, kitchen...everything!!! And the fries...so good, so fresh, so many!!!! No mas!!!
I shouldn't have finished my burger...a double smash cheeseburger, with lettuce, tomatoes, bacon, cheese, ketchup and mustard (yes mustard, don't knock it till you try it).

“I honestly love a good chicken over rice platter and usually have to drive all the way to Hicksville which is pretty inconvenient. This spot is less than 10 minutes away from where I attend school so I had to try it out and I’m so glad I did! I stuck to the classic chicken over rice platter. It tasted fresh and the service was great too— nice people and I got my food in a matter of minutes! This place definitely just became my go to spot for gyro!“

“Very good food, very slow service on a busy day. They have a ton of seating to accommodate alot of people but that doesn't mean much if the kitchen can't keep up. We were seated for an hour before seeing an appetizer. I would come back but not on holiday weekends.“
