“The 2 men working the drive thru window today (4/27/24 at 11:50am) were extremely kind. There were ducks next to the window that my daughter in the car was waving to, the gentleman working noticed and he came to the window with safe snacks to feed the ducks that my daughter would be able to give them. Now for a 7 year old… that brightened her whole day! They were fast, food was excellent, and the customer service was a 10/10! This location is the best!!“

“Always serves me as promptly as possible no matter how long the lines are. Only issue is district please stop telling your managers to utilize the 1 to out stock rotation vs 2 to 1 etc. By saving 2% inventory you're costing your stores thousands when they have to tell customers they're out of products.Happy Holidays :)“

“Walking into this bakery and seeing that I could eat ANYTHING that I wanted -- that I didn't have to be scared that I'd get sick, that I didn't have to limit myself to just one or two items that might not even be what I wanted -- y'all, I almost started crying. Just the relief of it, and knowing that someone cared enough to turn their entire bakery gluten-free. That means so much more than you can imagine. And the food was so good that we went here three times during our week-long stay in the area. In fact, we plan to order from them and have it shipped to us now that we're back home. Highly recommended!“

Asked to have it warmed up and the employee’s response was “we only have a toaster oven so it will take 4-5 minutes”. Sounded like she didn’t wanna leave the counter. Naturally, one would assume it will take that long. They could improve on their customer service experience.“

“I was first introduced to this bakery's cookies at a fundraiser for Ten Lives Club, and both the design and the quality of the cutout cookies were fantastic! I love that they are involved in charity work for some really worthwhile organizations, so I'm happy to support that, and enjoy some delicious baked goods in the process! I recently placed my first order and sadly, I have no photos to share, but the presentation was very nicely done, with all of the cookies' ingredients and allergens very clearly marked. There was a large variety of flavors to chose from, and I'm excited to try cupcakes next! And finally, the owner's communication skills are excellent, she's very responsive and super friendly. Parking: The store is very easy to get to. You can enter from the plaza, which is behind the store or from Transit road. This makes getting in and out of the parking lot very easy.“

“I just tried my first Brian’s Best everything bagel. 5 stars. EXCELLENT! Definitely the best overall gluten free everything bagel I’ve ever had. No doubt about it. The fact that their bagels are also dairy free and made of natural, wholesome ingredients is really cool. I double toasted it. The bagel was nice and crunchy around the edges. The spice mix on top was that perfect everything bagel mix and didn’t fall off in the toaster. We were pleasantly surprised to see these amazing bagels are made in Cheektowaga! “Used to love shopping here until we would be approached by peddlers trying to sell us "cheaper" electricity or some other goofy scams. Not really the experience we had hoped for when buying a membership. If the scammers would leave us alone and let us shop in peace, that would be great. It is because of the risk of having to cross paths with these scammers. It makes shoppers uncomfortable!“
