“I hosted a baby shower at Magruders yesterday and everything was phenomenal! We had beef rollups, and baked chicken, which was beyond delicious!! Along with homemade mashed potatoes, corn, pasta, salad and rolls. Shannon was perfect from helping plan the event to making sure everyone was happy the day of party. “We came in on a busy Friday evening (10/25). The place was packed. We were seated right away and watched as plates were quickly being brought out of the kitchen. Our own food arrived very quick. It was so hot and fresh. I’ve been to other Tully’s locations but have never experienced such quick service with the food still being steaming hot. Our waitress was attentive and kept stopping by to check in on us. We were in and out in under an hour. My husband loved his bacon ranch chicken sandwich and said the macaroni salad was very good. The chicken wing dip and mozzarella sticks are some of our favorite things here.“

“Went there for the 2 for $7 chili and bacon dogs on a Thursday around 6pm. Was surprised at what a good time we had. Bartender was very nice and helpful. She made us some amazing slushie drinks. I didn't know they offered those. I saw the machine hiding in the back and asked lol. They should advertise that a bit. Hot dogs were great and well worth it. We had a blast playing the MANY pinball machines. I loved the variety of stuff they had. It's not just a pool hall! The whole vibe was great and we will def be back. 4 stars!“

“The food here is tremendous (wings are on par with Bar-Bill and they have a great fish fry), but one word of caution - do not expect to be able to order meat on Friday’s during Lent. Long time regulars are probably well aware of this policy but we were caught a bit off guard. Given that they were absolutely packed with people ordering the fish fry, it makes a lot of sense, just something to be aware of.“

“Blue Fire BBQ recently catered a large family event. Our order included pulled pork, pulled chicken, jerk island chicken and mac & cheese. Everything was delivered exactly on time and included serving utensils. It was all delicious ( esp. the bbq chicken!) and there were many compliments! We will definitely be calling again for the next party.“

“The real deal hole in the wall bar.Cheap drinks, never been washed bathrooms and the most fun I have had in a while at a bar. Great locals hanging out, bartender was amazing and were even treated to crackers and cheese when they found out we had not eaten. If you want the Buffalo local“

“I don't like girls but the bartender's cute as a button very attentive. The clientele is mix generations & friendly, very comfortable (nice distancing) But the happy hour special weekdays is off the charts! It was a pleasure to visit, I wish I lived closer!“

“Maybe we were overhyped. Everything I heard and read said this place was legendary. But the menu was limited: beef on Weck and buffalo wings... or if you want a pizza, you can get the same options but on a crust with cheese. Otherwise, fairly standard sports bar apps.
The inside seemed too dark for a lunch, and the 'outside' area with lots of snow was crowded. Service was polite, but slow for such a small menu. We're told the place always gets a wait by noon and yet it takes 25 minutes to get your food even with so few options for entrees seems uncalculated and unnecessarily slow.
Food was good, but I'd say I've had equal quality wings and sauce at a bit fairer price. And the beef on weck seemed on par with Charlie the butcher, but comes with a handful of chips, not fries, at $15 for just the sandwich? I couldn't go 5 stars. Cost of business, I suppose

“The lady bartender said that the reason why it has a dancing tomato on the business sign is because the owner who started the business was nicknamed “Tomato” because he had red hair and freckles and a round face and resembled a Tomato. Very chill atmosphere, very casual and laid back“

“I understand the reputation Elmo’s has when it comes to wings. They were cooked perfectly. Nice and crispy but still sauced just right. I do want to try and find just the right combination and they do their double dipped. I think finding just the perfect style to your own makes a huge difference. Also, not sure what it was, but their 7up was just hitting so tight that night.“

“Great bar, with a good atmosphere to just hangout and drink, everyone is so friendly, the staff are very welcoming, the food is amazing, the cook is awesome. They also have a lady that does a craft night every month, which is cool, I've done 2 so far last two we painted gnomes, tomorrow we'll be doing a buffalo bills snowman porch leaner. Definitely recommend if you don't want to drink at a bar with drama, and want to just meet nice people.“

“Unfortunately they were only open for drinks, when I stopped in (weekday). Signage shows open 12-8 p.m. They said it was opening at 6:00 p.m. for food. Happy hour 4-6 p.m. It does look nice and inviting inside. Pretty cool layout. Lots of drink options from craft brews to wine etc. Decent food selection as well. We'll have to stop back and try it out when they are serving food.“
