“I feel silly writing a view for McDonald’s but this location deserved one. All the McDonald’s in the buffalo area should take notes from this location. The fries were fresh, the service was quick and the staff were the nicest people. You don’t find that at many fast food locations. They even go out of their way to put a sticker on the bag with the GMs contact information if you have any issues. For McDonald’s I was very impressed.“
“It is rare to see a McDonald's so peaceful, so efficient, so nice.
A lady even brought my coffee to the desk for my second mobile order.
The kitchen is peaceful and quiet without Biiii sounds from the machine or workers yelling at each other. The face on workers faces are relaxed not like other McDonald's workers always hate their lives.
Overall, the best McDonald's I have ever seen in America.
BTW, it's really cheap if you use the deals on the app.“
