“Santiago was a great server, he knew the menu very well, he recommended almost everything on the menu to the point we let him chose our meals and it was all wonderful. Everything was great, the service, the food came out in a timely matter, there was water ready at the table to quench our thirst. For 4 people spent $200, that's with an appetizer 2 entrees. We had a kid who had fries and someone who had a soup special and buffalo wings (they ate before getting there). No cocktails, 4 sodas; that's gratuity included. Overall, the ambiance is great, right by the train, across from the waters, plenty of parking.“

The first time I got their special 1/2 chicken with mashed potatoes and corn very big took some food home. Second time, french onion soup and Eastchester burger with fries. “At first I was a little skeptical. "Yo-Burger" Hmmmm. But once I visited the location, Burgers and Frozen Yogurt. It all made sense not. But in all seriousness, you have to visit this burger spot. There did it right here. I tried one of there Burger doubles with all the fixings. Its was outstanding. The burger was moist, juicy and full of flavor. Decent size and priced right. A meal form two will run you about $20 to $25 dollars. Not bad in todays ridiculous prices. The location was clean and the staff was responsive. The bathrooms were rather clean and functional. The is a school near by and the location was full with teens enjoying frozen yogurts and milkshakes. I had nom issues what so ever. What won me over was the taste of the food. Excellent I will say. If you are in the Riverdale area like I was, I highly recommend this burger spot and try their double cheese burger with cheese. You will not be disappointed any all. Trust me.“

“It's a small little spot right off Grasslands Road down the hill from WCC. Before entering I was greeted by the owner, Sam. He was very cool and truly believes in what he is doing. I really like it when owners get involved. The inside is small but decorated very nicely. The sandwich wasn't too big and wasn't too small. I got the cheesesteak and it was one of the best I have had in a long time. I'm not sure if they make their own bread but it was extremely fresh. The steak was juicy and the red and yellow bell peppers added the perfect amount of sweetness. I am eager to try their other sandwiches. I love supporting local businesses that are passionate about what they do and make great food. This place is a little pricey but it is too notch quality. I definitely recommend the sandwich spot.“

Here's my Englebert Pumperdink with thick, fresh sliced turkey breast, ham, bacon, onion and tomato. Breaded mushrooms with horseradish sauce are great...and my friend loved his very tender shell/strip steak with an enormous onion ring and a side of mixed sweet potato fries and wedge fries. “It was crowded and they were BUSY on a working Wednesday. I guess the food being this good, it would be a destination! Grub by Chef Waree is a gem. We had the Stewed Beef soup with rice noodles. Umami was off the charts with the soup. That meant that each slurp of perfectly cooked noodle was nicely coated with enough tasty broth not to need anything else. What was important to me was the great blend of textures with Gailan nicely chopped and perfectly cooked, fresh bean sprouts, and the rice noodles and tender, tasty beef chunks. The Phad Thai with Crispy Duck was well flavored and nicely spicy for "medium". The phat thai was generously sauced without drowning in sauce. Great service and a welcoming atmosphere.“

“I was looking to eat lunch and decided to check this place out. Big Belly was such a catchy name and I expected a different place than I imagined. It's basically a deli with lots of seating. The food menu is the same that you would expect from a deli. I ordered a cheeseburger, fries and Buffalo wings. All of it a La carte. I didn't notice any combo meals. The French fries were crispy and yummy! It had a bit of that good coating and fried to perfection. The wings were also good, fried crispy the way I like it. I asked for the classic Buffalo sauce in the side since I wasn't sure how spicy it was. It also came with your choice of other flavors. The wings came with a side of blue cheese dressing and it looked and tasted homemade with chunks of bleu cheese. So overall Bigg Belly didn't disappoint. I would order from them again. The prices seem reasonable: fries were $3.95 (portion generous), cheeseburger $7.95 and wings $7.95 (5 piece). The interior was very roomy and clean. It's always a plus if you can eat inside especially during your lunch hour or if you happen to be in the neighborhood.“
