So very disappointed with our service this evening. We had to call out to the staff to place our order. (They were huddled in the corner talking). They got my daughter’s order wrong three times. We were met with attitude from the staff which was uncalled for because we did not give them attitude. We have gone there for over 20 years and we felt it was a bad idea to go there tonight. I wanted to express my deepest gratitude to Kone King for coming to my rescue when I found myself in a bit of a pickle. After Charlap's bailed on me just two days before the event, I was feeling incredibly stressed and unsure of how to proceed. But then, like a superhero, you swooped in to save the day!
