“Coffee is great! Staff is friendly BUT staff nor kiosk when ordering asked if I wanted my bagel toasted. They just did it. Not my preference. Also NY bagels are big (and yummy) yet not enough cream cheese to cover both halves.

So maybe update the kiosk to ask me if I want my bagel toasted or let me order from a human and more cream cheese would be nice.“

There is a lady at the front named SHUKTI. She rocks! Always has a smile on her face . Takes your order .. no mistakes and your on your way .
Too bad other locations don't have someone like her“

“This is a beautiful modern Dunkin inside LGA terminal B after security. The staff is friendly and efficient. The only question I have, and the reason I’m giving 4 stars is where do they get off charging 1$ for an ounce of almond milk?! I understand we’re in an airport but even downtown Manhattan isn’t even that expensive. It’s ridiculous that in 2021 we’re still charging for almond milk...“
