“This review is long overdue. This location is the only location that I’m willing to visit these days. Their donuts are always fresh and their staff are polite and courteous. Jess particularly is a sweet person. Whenever I go there, Jess knows exactly what I want and has everything picked out before I can place my order. It’s incredible to know that as busy as mornings are at Dunkin she finds the time to make my experience as a customer so personal. She always greets me with a smile and such a cheery attitude. She ALWAYS has a smile on her face and no matter how rough a morning you’re having you can’t help but to smile back. People like her are hard to come by with her innate ability to shift your entire morning and set the tone for the rest of the day. Hats off Jess!!! You’re one of one!!! 🥳“

I had a issue and i never have a issue i called she literally drove to my job to drop me off a fresh sand which and some donuts I told her she didn’t have to do that and she still came here witch was so awesome i didn’t get her name but she was so awesome. “I really like this location. I always get the egg bites and they package them with great care-- they'll place them in a box and pack them with a fork and ketchup packets. Not everyone does that, so I appreciate it. They do get VERY busy, so it's best to swing in in the early morning, or if you're doing an online order, allow 20min.“

“Customers losing patients when knowing full well this Dunkin’ is short staffed is beyond ridiculous. You live in the most privileged place in the world and you’re going to harass these hard working folks— who are trying to feed their families— because you’re a full grown adult acting like a child when told to go through the drive-thru??? “Got there a little later in the day so the selection of doughnuts was a little limited but either way they still had what I like. All day was feeling … bleh, but as I approached the counter I was greeted with a warm welcome by a woman named Jennifer. Not many people actually genuinely care about what what’s going on in a random persons life so it was very nice and polite of her to take the time and actually see how I wasdoing.. “I rarely review chains because the experience usually varies every visit. However this Dunkin’ Donuts is the most consistent one I’ve ever been to. I’ve been going here multiple times a week for months and my order is always correct, fresh, and timely (even though they are PACKED with state employees)... The staff here are friendly and fast.“
