“Was skeptical at first having always tried the classical dosas but tried the #9 , the chicken curry dosa with the coconut chutney and was blown away with the flavors and the combination. Amazing dosa.

Also the coconut chutney was probably the best I've ever eaten, even better than some of the best spots in India.

Yes it's on the sweeter side but flavors are outstanding and work well together.

10/10 would definitely recommend.“

“I had an incredible dining experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely amazing. Willie provided great service; he was friendly and made fantastic recommendations. The steak and whole fish were both exceptionally flavorful. The spinach and chickpea side dish was a delightful surprise, packed with flavor. The pesto spaghetti was perfectly balanced with the Burrata and not overpowering. I can't wait to go back!

“Food and service were wonderful! Highly recommend and will return. Most of all, it was like an oasis in otherwise overcrowded Hamptons summer. One person in our party was vegan and there were ample options for them - they really enjoyed the menu items that they chose.

This man and his business lifelong accomplice, Chef Pete are the customer based/retail version of why and how I got into food. Fred, Pete, Sous/Exec Jorge, Brandon, and yes... even Justin taught me the lines and roles of each station in a restaurant. Honey, I was green and sad and super motivated. These guys rode me like white on fkn rice. Due to that whoo-hah, I can carry my own brigade and make a killing in the raw arena. Fred was a master at his craft 60ish years ago and still is - encouraging line cooks to expound and expand 20+ years down the line. forever grateful.“
