“We are visiting the Hamptons and stumbled upon the Springs Tavern and Grill. The atmosphere was warm and very nice. Every person we interacted with was so nice and pleasant. This is a local hang out however we felt very welcomed as tourists. The food was 10/10! The short rib was a very generous portion and one of the best I have had. Someone in our party had the bolognese and said it was fantastic! Another had the burger and gave it 10/10 but said the fries were amazing too!John was our server tonight and he was very friendly, attentive and knowledgable about the menu. Super friendly too!“

MARS & EL TURCO Bar •
44 Three Mile Harbor Rd, East Hampton

“Very authentic and delicious Turkish cuisine which is beautifully presented and even our server was Turkish! The portions were generous and reasonably priced especially for the Hamptons. The main dining room is very chic but we especially enjoyed dining outdoors on their crescent shaped patio garden. Highly recommend!“

“Sam's has been a staple in East Hampton for years. I washed dishes there when I was a kid and they always gave me a pie to take home. I take the family out sometimes and it's always consistently great Italian food. I started thinking about pizza the other day and just couldn't resist picking up a Sam's special. So many great choices I hope my review doesn't make it too busy there because it does get a little difficult sometimes when they are swamped. Love you guys!“

Cove Hollow Tavern Bar • $$$

“Haven't been here since before Covid, we love Vine Street too. Solid experience, always consistently good, both food and service. I'm vegan, and their options are fantastic. Not easier to find a place that does vegetarian entrees let alone vegan, with 2 excellent entree choices. We enjoy coming here in the cooler months, Very cozy interior but you don't feel cramped like you're sitting on top of the table next to you. Dog friendly which is a plus.“

“K Pasa is my new favorite restaurant. I first tried this place over a month ago and have been counting down the days to come back. I just moved back to my hometown of Southampton and recently discovered this place so I'm not sure how long it's been around. I'm usually a solo diner so I opt to sit at the bar. I love going on Mondays because they have "meatless Mondays." I'm far from being a vegetarian but being dairy-free, I eat like a vegan A LOT and these options are so great (make sure to check that these options are vegan and not just vegetarian if that's what your preference is). The guacamole is amazing too, I was hesitant to order because the menu mentions dill as an ingredient and I'm not a fan, but I didn't notice it at all. With all of that being said, the real star of the show are the steak tacos. I've never had a taco so delicious in my life. I could really eat these every day for the rest of my life. I've always ordered some to go so I can enjoy K Pasa more than once a week (haha). Service is also great, I didn't get the bartenders name but she has served me both times and she is so attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. My only complaint (if I must have one at all) is that I wish that the water glasses were larger, but I'll survive. Looking forward to my next visit, and also bringing friends and family in the future. 100/10.“

“One of the best meals I've had at VSC since it opened. They've upped their game by having multiple specials (in addition to their longstanding daily one). They are trying to source locally as long as quality is maintained. I had the bay scallop appetizer. Could have been my entree. So delicious, the scallops were from Nova Scotia as the Peconic Bay ones are in short supply. Lobster pot pie also lovely not too creamy. Tarte tatin was crispy. Jake our server was attentive and had a sense of humor.“

Murf’s Backstreet Tavern Bar • $
64 Division St, Sag Harbor - 6.27 miles

“So this is a Pub that is Cash Only, and shares it’s parking lot with neighboring businesses. So parking may not be close by. As you enter you’ll notice that The Bar Area is placed against the wall to the right. There’s about 6 beers on tap with plenty of bottled beers and canned beers in-stock, but they don’t serve food here. At the time of my visit, there was Grilled Cheese for $1. The place has a small interior is ideal for small to midsize groups of people to attend. The even have outdoor seating for larger crowds. They offer an ATM, Arcade Game such as Cards, Dart Board, Old School Jukebox, One Flat Screen TV, Popcorn Maker, and a water station. There’s 2 unisex restrooms for use and smoking is done outside the building in the back, that has tables and chairs to sit on. This place has a fun but more of a laid back atmosphere about it and is definitely a local hangout bar, but it’s worth checking out.“

For dinner we shared a bunch of apps including the escargot, giant pretzel, and artichoke which were all amazing. My favorite however was the french onion soup, the veal broth was out of this world. It is a must order!“

“Love this place when everything in sag is feeling way too pretentious. Probably the most down to earth restaurant in town (aside from buddha berry of course).Food wise. I love the asparagus but wasnt a fan of the blackened tuna special nor the thresher shark special that they had. I like that they are always changing the specials menu though. Ive been here a couple times and the last time i went they didnt have clams ): but ive tried them before and it’s good!“

Frozen Margarita

“I’ve been to this restaurant several times and the food has been consistently excellent. The meats are always grilled to perfection and the side dishes (especially the rice, and guacamole) are very flavorful and a cut above the standard Mexican fare you find other restaurants. While the restaurant does not take reservations, the staff does try to accommodate you and get you in, and the servers have always been uniformly friendly and helpful. Be sure to try the prickly pear margarita, but even the non-alcoholic cocktails are good. The atmosphere has a fun casual vibe, and on a nice day the outdoor picnic tables are very pleasant.“
