“Just enjoyed amazing cocktails (Gimlet and Curry Barbados) and Nosh (mushrooms had amazing flavor, Korean fried chicken sandwich, salty and delicious, empanadas crisp and yummy) from their Happy Hour menu which is being expanded from 4:00 to 6:00. On Tuesday starting at 6:30 or 7:00 is a jazz quartet which we sadly had to miss but will definitely be back. Our waitress Claire was darling and very informative. Bartender was spectacular!“

“I recently hosted a bridal shower at Mix in Mystic, and it exceeded every expectation. From start to finish, the entire event was beautiful, seamless, and so well done.

The food was absolutely perfect, and the staff did an outstanding job consistently replenishing the buffet so everything stayed fresh and plentiful throughout the event. The service was top notch—everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure our guests had a great experience. They served with smiles and made everyone feel welcome.

A special thank you to Brittany, the Events Manager, who was incredible to work with. She was responsive, organized, easy to communicate with, and so helpful throughout the planning process. She made everything stress-free, especially when it came to dietary restrictions and providing alternative food options for guests, and was a huge part of why the day went so smoothly.

The downtown Mystic location and beautiful view from the restaurant added so much to the atmosphere of the event and made the day feel even more special.

“We stumbled upon Dive Bar accidentally and we weren’t quite sure what to expect as we descended down the steps into the bar itself. While this isn’t a spot you’re going to find any cocktails they can throw you together a little something as long as they have the ingredients for it. The vibes were good, the music was at a perfect volume allowing us to hear our friends chat & the Photo Booth was a cute little touch that had us running back for more! It is the perfect mix of a relaxed coffeehouse and a cool evening lounge, with comfortable seating that makes you want to stay for hours. Apathy had a Cheeseburger with Red Potato Salad and Broccoli Cheddar soup. The big question is, "How was this Spot"?👎🏾👍🏾💣 Well I was pleasantly surprised that the place was booming when we walked in, I loved the whole atmosphere, the Owner and cook named Tim was very talkative and friendly to my Brotha Apathy and I. “The sun really shines in this lovely restaurant! We sat in the bar area which was window lit, with great space between tables and a full lively bar. The food was exceptional... oysters, little necks, fish & chips.. just perfect. But the calamari was simply outstanding, the best I've ever had, and I test them everywhere.“

“Me and my boyfriend went for our two year anniversary firstly the staff were amazing!! Came back to check on us multiple times and were so kind! The food was incredible. As people who usually go to our local steakhouse we felt very boujee lol we got the lobster risotto it was amazing my boyfriend’s favorite part of the meal! We got the beef Wellington as our main I didn’t even know meat could be that soft it was so good and the puff pastry was amazing the potato puree was so smooth I will say the vegetables on the side could be better but they are more for garnish(if I’m paying all that money I’m clearing that plate though) the star of the show was that Demi glaze it was so rich and flavourful. Very very filling! We were given a sticky toffee pudding cake for free for home as a gift for our anniversary! I can imagine how good it would have been had I eaten it warm at the restaurant. Overall amazing“

“Get the huge beakers. I know it's like $25 but i don't care!!! They are SO CUTE! The banana and strawberry daiquiris are both vegan and it's my understanding that a lot of the other flavors are too. Every flavor is dairy free so you just need to inquire about the alcohol used“

“Visiting the area for one day/night and selected Hoof’s for dinner off of Google Maps, restaurants near. We were not disappointed! We sat at the bar for dinner and we each had a glass of wine. The bar tender was a very friendly charismatic guy who took great care of us! He started us with great tasting crusty bread with flavored butter and amazing olive oil. We got an order of oysters rockerfeller which were yummy, then split a cesaer salad which was so crunchy and fresh. Our main dishes were very, very tasty. When we arrived around 5:30 on a Friday there were a few diners, but when we left they were nearly full. I can see why! DELICIOUS!!!“

This is only one of two Veuve Cliquot Secret Garden Champagne Bars in the world, with the other being in London. If you're in Watch Hill, RI, this is a must!“
