“We had a great time at the September Block Island Pride Drag Party that was hosted here! There was enough space to dance on the dance floor. It was convenient to have both indoor and outdoor bars. Finally, there were self-serve water stations at both bars, which was a superb idea.“

“Traders is the best bar on Block Island. The banana mudslide is crazy good. Eli was our bartender and he did a great job keeping our drinks filled and making us laugh with great conversation. This is the only place to be. It's connected to Champlins marina.“

Nestled at nearly the inner most point of Great Salt Pond, this cozy little establishment is a favorite watering hole for locals & seafaring types.

This place is one of my favorite lo-cals for enjoying a beverage.

What's best about how this joint, is that you can often find fresh raw seafood offerings right on the dock to supplement your afternoon cocktail or beverage.
