“I recently visited Commack Road and ordered the Spicy Chicken Meal, and I must say, it was an excellent experience from start to finish!

The spicy chicken was cooked to perfection—crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, with just the right level of heat that kept me coming back for more. The seasoning was flavorful and well-balanced, and the sides complemented the meal perfectly.

What really stood out, though, was the customer service. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm smile, and they went out of their way to ensure that everything was just right. The food came out hot and fresh, and they even checked on us during the meal to make sure we were satisfied.

“There were a few Popeyes kitchens around here however, I would like to go to the one inside of the Bayshore Mall possibly because they were one of the first to be in my area. But the main reason why I like to go to this location is because they always get my order right and I love the manager. She’s stern but nice because at the end of the night if they have anything left over, they always give you free stuff. so it doesn’t go to waste. But like I said, they can get pretty busy and the line can get pretty long but if you don’t mind waiting, then one of the best.“

“The chicken and biscuits from Raise the Roost inside the 7-Eleven on Newtown Road and Providence are, by far, the worst I've ever had. The chicken was either overcooked and dry, with burnt outsides and —likely due to improper fryer temperatures or incorrect timer settings. The coating was thick and cakey, indicating poor preparation. Even the green beans had no seasoning or taste. I recommend not using salt if you decide to season. To top it off, the bathrooms were in horrible and smelly condition. I would've returned the food if I had time. Thumbs down! I took pictures but you cannot upload“

“I haven't ordered from Popeyes in awhile because the quality hasn't been consistent. But today, whoever is in charge, I was very pleased with my meal. It gave me what I've been missing. I had the spicy chicken tenders, fries, sweet tea and took a chance to try the mac and cheese. Everything was hot and cooked really well. I ordered through Uber eats so was pleasantly surprised it was still very warm to my liking. I will definitely order again and hope the consistency remains.“
