“This place is amazing! Just went here today and tried it for the first time. The chicken was amazing and the sauces was too. There is a sweet sauce, definitely get the sweet sauce. “Tex's chicken not only has the best fresh hot food but the staff working tonight is second to none. I had to use Apple pay and the Tomeka, who was working the front register and preparing the amazing meals ran to get her own phone charger to accommodate my needs. I am recommending this place to everybody !!! Two thumbs up!!!“

“considering they just recently opened we only waited maybe 10 minutes for our food which was so hot we had to wait a few minutes before we could even eat it we'll definitely be going back“
“The chicken and biscuits from Raise the Roost inside the 7-Eleven on Newtown Road and Providence are, by far, the worst I've ever had. The chicken was either overcooked and dry, with burnt outsides and —likely due to improper fryer temperatures or incorrect timer settings. The coating was thick and cakey, indicating poor preparation. Even the green beans had no seasoning or taste. I recommend not using salt if you decide to season. To top it off, the bathrooms were in horrible and smelly condition. I would've returned the food if I had time. Thumbs down! I took pictures but you cannot upload“

“This KFC is one of the friendliest I’ve visited. The manager, Jorge, warmly greeted me and was extremely helpful. With 18 years at KFC, it’s clear he loves his job and excels at it. His exceptional customer service makes me want to return, and I’ll definitely stop by again when I’m in the area. Thanks, KFC!“
