“Mary at the counter is WONDERFUL! from the first time I walked in she was immediately greeting me, helping, and just so sweet as pie. I’ve been to other locations and had no idea about the card we can stamp to eventually get a free sub until she told me! The sandwiches are so good the meat and veggies always tastes fresh, I’ve had problems at other stores where the lettuce specifically is not fresh and old an brown but not here! they keep it clean and a real lovely welcoming environment. Now I love coming to this specific location every week after class and especially for Mary and the man behind the counter! Give them a raise!!“

“I've been trying to keep to strict social distancing due to my son's grandparents that he has interaction with due to his father being an "essential" worker. I am healthy and at minimal risk but my worry for others has kept me home for most of this. But, my poor son had a serious case of cabin fever and has been begging for Jersey Mike's so we ventured out. Thankfully your online ordering is painless and I was able to pay online which limited the contact ✔. When I got there, I left my teenage son in the car to limit his contact and I didn't think I'd need help running in and out, as the order was already ready. 👍I was greeted by the same friendly faces in this particular building (I'll drive extra to go to this shop because friendliness and courtesy are a very big deal to me). 😃 I had ordered drinks and on instinct I reached in the bag to grab them..with the gloves I had worn to go inside. I stood there for a half second in slight panic when I heard the gentleman behind the counter. He offered to replace the cups because he had seen my reaction. He insisted even though I tried to deny the offer because it was my own silly fault. I got my son's favorite root beer (one of the other reasons my son loves Jersey Mike's lol) and practically sped all the way home. While this all seems trivial on a normal day...the kindness and awareness that gentleman showed helped me through my anxiety through the situation. Normal is no longer "normal" and his job is stressful I'm sure...But he still paid attention to his guests, he quickly addressed an issue before I could even register it was one fully, and he made my day. I couldn't give him a hug, and nobody wants to see a random lady crying in the middle of a sandwich shop...but I wanted to make sure the store got the recognition it deserved. Thank you for making my stress a little less stressful and for being a place I can trust in the midst of this insanity.“

“Visited the Bohemia location for the first time. I pulled up and panicked that they were closed. Relieved to find that it was open and was greeted by an amazing associate that I came to title “Mr Jersey Mike “ as he was a rockstar! He looked like a very young Michael J Fox ! As I said it was my first time and I was accompanied by 2 disabled gentleman that I was treating for dinner. It was Saturday early evening June 1st and I’m hoping you can check your payroll records and give recognition to this incredible helpful knowledgeable and polite dude ! He knew his stuff and made recommendations that were fabulous! The staff working with him were a great team and I left a good tip. Please acknowledge these young men. Their work ethic and professionalism with disabled adults is really worthy of notating! The world hasn’t really had a great work ethic since Covid and these dudes are changing that ! Their deli meats are chilled to perfection, and the fresh vegetables always taste crisp and very flavorful. There is both indoor and outdoor dining to enjoy that sub. Parking is not a problem.“

We were looking for something to take out and bring on a boat and Jersey Mike's subs definitely hit the spot! I was surprised to read some negative reviews because the workers there that day were extremely friendly & helpful. We got the #9 giant hero and a bag of chips (no onions/pickles), all the toppings including hot peppers ? and we had it on the rosemary parm bread . The sub was fresh and was delicious, much better than we expected. The perfect takeout food for beach, picnic or boat. This fed two adults for both lunch and dinner. For about $20. It's funny because when this happens with the whole family the place is full because there are several of us. “This is my go to subway. There is no other I will go to. Not only is it close to my job but the 2 employees there are the best I've ever encountered. Nick and Valerie are by far the best sandwich artist I have ever seen at a subway. Their positive energy is toxic, Their knowledge is phenomenal, their customer service is unmatched and it's always a pleasure to walk in and walk out happy. I always get the same thing so I'm sure I'm a great and easy customer to serve but they always make me smile and leave happier then when I walked in. “New guy, Sunday was slow. I got the best customer service. The store is clean, and tables for sit-ins & bathroom are available.Love the fact that there are coupons available and you get plenty for your money. Wheel chair access and parking.

“I often go to the subway in Islandia, NY. There is a gentleman that works there Yatin. He is the nicest, friendliest person ever! I feel like he is always there & always in a happy & cheerful mood. He also makes great sandwiches. Subway is lucky to have such a terrific employee.“

“This was my first time to this Subway. I've been to bad ones before where I've gotten sick so I stopped eating it for awhile but I had a random craving for Subway today. I came in around 11:30 am. There was one man ahead of me. The clerk finished with him much faster than I expected. I noticed the store was very clean. The atmosphere was comfortable. I happened for some reason to look at their prepping boards and they were pure white which actually calmed my fear about getting sick. I ordered a philly cheesesteak with provolone cheese, lettuce, onions, sweet peppers, pickles, black olives and jalapeno (like I said random craving) He made a joke when he rung up my order and said $125.40 instead of $12.54 I laughed and asked him his name. He told me his name is Rocky. He printed my receipt and said if I do the survey on the receipt I could get a free cookie. I went on the website right then and there and answered the questions. Rocky even helped me and I got a free cookie. Rocky had great customer service. He made me feel welcomed. Oh and the sanidwich? was awesome! Perfect amount of toppings to complement the steak.
