The gentlemen that served us was a real gentlemen and he's food was excellent ?. We were also lucky to meet other employees running that restaurant in a really great manner and I also recommend this place to everyone interest it on eating real good food. All 3 of us enjoyed everything thanks.“

“I was on my way to Frontonis Pizza and seen this spot and decided to give it a try since I haven’t had halal in a while. I Got chicken over rice. It was very tasty and fresh made for a great price. “I've tried halal all over the island, and they don't even compare to the places in the city. I just tried this place yesterday while in the area. This was not only the best I've ever had on LI but it honestly beats anything I've had in the city as well. Huge portion, cheap price, and friendly workers. My combo plate was enough for two meals. I'm already looking forward to going back here next time I'm in the area.“

“This place doesn't have a fancy interior, but WOW.... they have incredible food. It is 100% consistent every time. I go there once a week, and get their Kebab rolls. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. It's a ground chicken mixed with spices and herbs wrapped on a stick and char-grilled. delicious green and white sauce/lettuce/onions wrapped in a fluffy chewy stretchy naan bread.

For a very low price, I am happy to come here often.

“I order almost every week from here. Food is excellent and their spicy chicken sandwich is delicious.

I like that they have now changed to thicker French Fries. Huge difference than the thinner fries.

Only item I found and maybe it was just tonight was the serving of the chicken breast was a little skimpy compared to the other times I have ordered.“

The fact that it’s Zabiha makes it even better, knowing everything is halal and carefully sourced. The food? Incredible. We started with the beef Bihari, and they were so juicy and packed with flavor—just the right amount of spice and served with this fresh mint chutney that tied everything together. The biryani, which was perfection. The rice was fragrant, and the meat was super tender, with all those spices working in harmony. The real star, though, was their Amazing Nihari. It tasted homemade, like something you’d get at a family gathering. The spices were bold but balanced, and the meat was cooked to perfection. You could tell they put real love into this dish.
And let’s not forget the naan—soft, warm, and just the right texture to scoop up all the delicious flavors. The staff was so friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. If you’re craving real Pakistani food, Al Kababi should be at the top of your list. “Best halal meat shop in town! This is my go to butcher shop. I love that they offer natural chicken with no hormones. The quality of their meat is very high and the prices are reasonable.
