The food was absolutely delicious—very tasty, fresh, and not oily at all, which we really appreciated. “The chicken platter was probably the best one i’ve had in a while, the hot sauce is actually legit. Doesn’t use any red food dyes like halal munchies. Very nice guy and the price is very budget friendly. It even came with pita bread slices and i didn’t even ask for it. You even get a free drink with the order which not a lot of carts and the sit down halal spots like naz, shah or halal munchies do anymore. Good parking spots nearby as well since it’s located in a strip shopping center.“

I ordered the mild spicy crispy chicken sandwich and it was fantastic, super crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and just the right amount of heat. The flavor was bold but balanced, making it one of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve had in a while. The fries were freshly seasoned, hot, and crispy also not your average side! “Come here daily for salads, burrito bowls, Greek bowls. Pop Salad and El Diez menus are a great deal under 10 dollars (guacamole is free) they even have a combo with chips and drink for $10. Portions are big. You can customize everything, and it tells you in the app if anything has gluten, dairy, or nuts. Hard to review a restaurant that has this level of variety, but the healthy dishes are definitely as good as anywhere else for less money and faster service. The fast pass subscription gets you money discounted on every order automatically so it pays for itself if you come regularly which isn't a problem at a place that has everything and is open until almost midnight every day. The benefit of Wonder having everything is that the entire family can get whatever type of food they want from one location and you don't have to agree on what to have for dinner or lunch anymore. No need to wait on a line at Chipotle anymore.“

“It’s so clean here, I even posted it on TikTok. The man at the front counter was super helpful and the prices are worth it! They even have combo meals for certain items like the hot dog combo which was amazing, it came with hot dog, fries and a soda! It’s sanitary compared to other places. Definitely 10/10 recommendation. They don’t play with the food when it comes to here. They have plant based options if you don’t eat meat and even gluten free options. EDIT: I forgot to add, it’s also HALAL“

It was amazing. Definitely the best halal food I've had in a while and there are a lot of good ones in the Nassau area. Go to Hunchos. It's open late.“

“Tried a new halal Chinese spot in Valley Stream and it did not disappoint! The chicken wings were crispy and packed with flavor, the lo mein and fried rice were so fresh and satisfying, and the chicken eggrolls were perfectly crunchy. The beef broccoli in garlic sauce was definitely a standout — super tender and full of bold taste. They also have bubble tea, which was just okay, but the food made up for it. Such a cute little place and a great option for halal Chinese in Valley Stream!“

“food was amazing , tastes really good. i got the 4 pc hot honey boneless wings, a spicy chicken sandwich, and some fries, and all of it was amazing. i loved the fries in particular: crispy and very well seasoned. Service was great too: food came fast, and staff was very friendly. the establishment is very clean and looks great on the inside , room for sitting and eating . I will definitely be back very soon.

“I saw a lot of hype about this place on social media and me and the guys happened to be in the area so we thought that we'd give it a try, because who doesn't love Afghani food?

We had the onion rings and chicken shawarma loaded fries as an appetizer and that was really good. Juicy chicken and really good sauces drenched over the fries that somehow managed to stay crispy.

We had the fried fish platter with rice, the grilled lamb and grilled chicken chunks with rice, and the chicken kebab and beef kebab with rice. The kebabs were good and flavorful. The fried fish was crispy and delicious. The rice was excellent. Salads were fresh. The grilled lamb pieces were ok. The grilled chicken chunks looked well seasoned but definitely we're dry and unflavorful. Highly not recommended. I am not a picky eater but this chicken was not good. It left a lot more to be desired from the presentation.

Unfortunately that was my order and i shared with the guys and they also agreed with me. Thankfully they shared back their plates which helped make up for my not so great meats.“
