“Food was good. Had wings and beef on weck. Service was not good. Sat at a booth in the bar area. This was a Saturday at 4pm. Not busy at all. Took 15 minutes for a waitress to even acknowledge us even though there was at least 3-4 that we saw wandering around. Definitely not as good as the original, but hoping they’ll work out some of the kinks.“

I commented to our server how the food tasted so authentic and learned the owner/chef is from the same small town in Italy as my grandmother. You could taste it in the food! The service was as good as the food. We left there feeling like we were just at a family dinner. It was our first time here and it's a 1.5 hour drive, but we will be back often. Highly recommend!“

“Nino's is the real deal. Nino & his son run this modest pizzeria just as you would experience in Italy, Sicily, New York, Boston etc. While the shop has a no-frills atmosphere, the quality of the pizza is first class for a reasonable price. First, the dough & crust are excellent and cooked just right. The sauce is very good, if you want it spicer, just ask or order with sausage. The mozzarella, sautéed mushrooms and roasted red peppers are all excellent and the weight of the pizza is double what you get from chains. We usually order a half-sheet with toppings for 3 people and always have enough left over for a second meal. Finally, Nino takes great pride in bring your pizza to the counter, opening the the lid and asks for your approval before telling you the price & accepting your money. If you want to experience authentic Italian pizza, you have to try Nino's.“

They pushed their small tables together for our family, and put on a show of tossing the pizza dough when they noticed my son was watching. One gentleman offered my 2 kids free ice cream once they finished their lunch since it was Niko’s birthday. Not to mention how DELICIOUS the pizza was. “As a longtime satisfied customer of Mark’s in Fairport, I didn’t think I could be more pleased with their service, but I was wrong. Tonight I placed an order online for delivery. After an hour I called because it never takes that long for a delivery. It turns out I messed up and did the online order for pickup, rather than delivery. I drove to the store and was greeted by the manager who informed me she was making me a new pizza because she didn’t want me leaving with a cold pizza. When I told her it was my fault and that wasn’t necessary she insisted I was getting a fresh, hot pizza. I was blown away!! In an age of horrible customer service, this young lady decided to go above and beyond to satisfy a customer even though the mistake was clearly my fault! I have been a customer of Mark’s for quite some time and this just proved to me why! Their slogan is “we treat you like family” and, as it turns out, this is not just a slogan but reality! Kudos to this young lady for what she did for me. It will not be forgotten and I will continue to patronize Mark’s as I always have. Thank you so much for your kindness!“

“The place was really nice. Staff was friendly too. I had a pasta (Malfaldine corta) which was $14 and it was really yummy but the quantity was not enough. Also I had two cheese pizza slices and each was $5. The taste was okay but I think it was expensive. Plenty of parking available. You have to order first and then they will call your name when it is ready. Kind of Self service. Also, ice cream was available. They had two flavors chocolate and sea salt caramel but chocolate ice cream was only available on that day. A restroom was also available.“
