“I walked in to this beautiful establishment and I could not figure what out what I wanted. This establishment offers so many different types of choices it’s hard to keep up with all of them. I asked one of the employees what her favorite yogurt flavor was. When asked she said that she likes all of them and would love to help me to a sample. Personally, I think their crème ices are the way to go cause of the smooth, flavorful, and totally nostalgic. Whether you’re into fruity, chocolatey, or somewhere in between, they’ve got you covered.

The service at this location is great. Friendly and efficient, even when the lines get long during peak summer hours. The ambiance is very relaxed, but just keep in mind that there’s no seating, it’s strictly takeout.

“I visited Gran Caffe Gelateria with a few friends for a late-night dessert after dinner, and we were also looking for a good coffee spot. This place had great reviews, so we decided to check it out, especially since it stays open late.

The gelato selection was impressive, offering a variety of flavors at a great price point—definitely good value for the quality. The gelato itself was super creamy and delicious, better than many places I’ve tried before. I also appreciated that the portion sizes were generous.

As for the customer service, while the staff was polite, I felt the engagement could have been better. When asking about flavors and pricing, it was a bit of a one-sided conversation. Since it wasn’t too busy at the time, I would have preferred a little more interaction to make the experience feel more welcoming.

I believe the system on how they take orders for customers is designed to create a line so other potential customers will see & think what's going on over there. I believe it's a strategic advertising moving that comes at the expense of good people who just want to get the ices or ice cream & go home back to their respective lives. I truly hope that they read this post & think we have an excellent product that sells itself. we do not need to take this approach to get other potential customers to come to our establishment. Once you finally make it to front & and purchase, the servers are nice & pleasant & more importantly respectful. “I ordered the rolled ice cream for my daughter’s birthday and we ordered the banana pudding flavor, the candy flavor and the Oreo flavored rolled ice cream. They were all very delicious. Can’t understand why there were no other customers during our visit. Maybe it was the time of day or perhaps they need to market the Bayside location better.
