“157 Tavern has been a staple in the area for 10 years and is an excellent choice for parties or group gatherings. You can simply provide them with your budget, and they will curate the menu for you, which makes the planning process very convenient.

Regarding the food:

Grilled Spanish Octopus: Highly recommended. The potato pave is delicious, and the octopus is tender with a perfect charred exterior.

Short Rib with Bone Marrow: The meat is very tender and falls apart at the touch of a fork, though I wish the portion of bone marrow was a bit larger.

King Salmon: Quite tender.

Burrata Cheese: Standard/average.

Caramel Flan: Delicious and beautifully presented.

Overall, it is a great spot for a nice dinner.“

I tried the burrata, steak tartare, summer tomato soup, striped bass, and the Harvest Burger—every dish was delicious. “West end has been one of our favorite places to dine for over 30 years. They have kept up the wonderful food and service even though Management has changed. The food was always outstanding and it hasn't changed. The service was always spot on and continues to be warm and caring. The four of had their prix fixed dinner and it was outstanding. The portions were the same size as the ala carte menu and the food was spot on. hadn't been there in a while because of some health issues but we will be regulars again as will our friends.“

“I love to travel, and Revel restaurant in Garden City, NY, is truly one of the best restaurants I have been to. The managerial staff were very friendly and accommodating, the food was excellent, and the service was impeccable. Melissa, our server, explained everything so well, and she took her time with us. The wait staff worked with her seamlessly so that everything came out on time, and our water glasses were always full. The cuisine offered so many different choices, even for vegetarians and vegans. The vegetarian dishes I tried were a myriad of flavors, and it was so nice to experience new creations that I have never had at any other restaurant. Revel’s decor and lighting made us feel like we were somewhere very special but also comfortable. If I lived near this restaurant, I would visit frequently. We loved our experience.“

“Large restaurant with Beautiful artwork and lots of space, including a rooftop. Great service. The atmosphere is upscale but down to earth at the same time. The menu has something for everyone. It's not cheap but for the quality and amount of food, the prices are reasonable. They also have a very good Bread Basket and at the end of the meal they give a small complimentary drink. Great Cocktails. The Playlist was wonderful. I've been wanting to come here for a long time and it was definitely worth the wait“

“Perfect little cozy spot for Breakfast/ Lunch with a European Atmosphere, spacious with seating that allows privacy and comfort.
Breakfast was great , I loved the touch of Lettuce on the plate which was tasty along with the potatoes and Eggs . The only thing that bothered me was the Bill which much to my surprise was $ 5.00 for a small cup of coffee.. that added $ 10 for my friend and myself. The issue is NOWHERE on the menu is it listed .. Our Waiter David was attentive and pleasant, but he should have mentioned that a cup of coffee is extra or offered a glass of Orange juice .. I’ll go there again because I really like the place and it’s close to my home .. next time I’ll ask if the glass of water they put in the table is in place of a nice morning cup of coffee…“

Gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan you name it, it’s all clearly listed on the menu, making it easy for everyone to find something delicious. The sweet potato fries are always perfectly cooked and so tasty. On top of that, the service is amazing. Sadia, in particular, is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely cares about making sure customers leave happy. “Whenever we come to Hicksville, Piccolo's is always a place we visit at least twice. Breakfast and lunch sandwiches are reasonably priced and the food is delicious. I also love the Salvadorian selection of hot foods and pupusas. The owner is always very friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad experience or meal from here. I cannot recommend Piccolo's enough!!“
