I had a truly awful experience at Trumpets on the Bay on Easter Sunday. We made a reservation for 14 people two which were children, when we made the reservation we were informed that they do not have high chairs so the children would be in a regular seat which was fine as they are able to sit in adult chairs, expecting a smooth and organized holiday dinner. Instead, when we arrived, the table was only set for 13—missing both a chair and a place setting.

I can’t even express the level of service and DESPICABLE attitude towards loyal customers on Easter Sunday! They were short ONE chair of our booked in advance reservation of our family of fourteen and as a result we were REFUSED service. We were flabbergasted to say the least on this Easter Sunday.
