“Great food very fresh - very well balanced and light - not too oily or over spiced. I struggled to find good Chinese food in this area but this was a great find. The place is set up mostly for take out and delivery - not much of an eating spot. Prices are very fair.“

Although a tad bit pricey and could do better with some freebies if you spend a lot besides an Eggroll or soda.

Take out entree portions could be a bit bigger for price as well. I'm sure bigger if you eat in. Flavor of food is great. Fresh and authentic.

“You would think the food would be consistent from one PF Chang's to another but this is not the case.
We have been to many PF Chang's in many different states and we agree, the food in this location was by the far the best that we have had at any location. Our server was great. The only disappointment was the men's bathroom was nasty with urine on the floor and paper towels in the urinals. I mentioned this to the bartender who said they would take care of it right away. I saw the manager go to check it out but even a half hour later nothing had been done to correct it.“

“I ordered shrimp with broccoli from East Bamboo Chinese Restaurant and was very disappointed. The broccoli and sauce were very bland, and the shrimp tasted bad and seemed spoiled. I called the restaurant to let them know, but they told me the chef said the shrimp was fresh. Unfortunately, based on the taste, that was not my experience at all. Cuisine is tasty traditional Chinese served in a contemporary setting. I opted for take out as I was on my way home but will definitely dine in to enjoy the sit down experience next time. I took home their sesame tofu with white rice. Takeout is carefully packaged and prepared with the diner in mind. (A much appreciated upgrade from typical restaurants that just throw your dish in a container and toss it in a bag for you.) “After years of eating at all the local spots (Bamboo Garden, Peking, and New Great Wall) I can honestly say this is the BEST Chinese food I’ve had in White Plains. The extra drive is absolutely worth it. Portions are “old school” big, prices run about $2 to $3 less than other places, and they always throw in something extra for free. The egg rolls taste just like the ones you remember as a kid, and the boneless spare ribs were superb (IMO). My wife, who usually gets headaches when MSG is used, had no issues here, which says a lot. Just a heads up that it’s cash only and they don’t deliver, but honestly, that’s no big deal when you can eat this well without it costing an arm and a leg!“

“I always order from your establishment. The food is delicious. However, tonight I ordered through beyond menu and placed and order to be delivered at 7pm. I called the restaurant around 730pm.. The woman that was there answered the phone and apologized saying” She never saw the order and the food will be made right away. I wound up showing up to pick up the food. The woman at the front counter was the same woman that answered the phone. She was beyond disgusting and rude to another customer. Telling this customer she didn’t pay and her card had to be charged. Then she starts talking to me and I showed her that I paid. She told me “I wasn’t talking to you.” I responded with “There is no reason for you to be nasty!” She responded with “ We are very busy.” Then a tall man proceeded to hand me the food I ordered. She said something me and once again I turned around and responded “Learn to talk to people, there is no reason for you to be nasty!” I walked out with the food.I do not care if there is a line out the door or you are busy. There is no reason for someone to disgustingly nasty and rude!“

“I have been ordering food for many years. We were always happy with the food. I recommended to many people. There was a change the last few months. I think they changed ownership. Linda who I have ordered from does not answer the phone anymore. If you ask for her, they tell you she's very busy. We gave it another chance today. If I'm a regular customer and feel this way there must be many more. I wish them luck if they're under new ownership, if not then you should go back to your original cooking.

The soups are great as are the entrees and the prices although they have gone up a bit are still fantastic.

Bright green veggies, even the scallions that the cooks garnished on the plates.The meat didn't have the typical freezer burn taste.Even the rice was plump as if expertly cooked in a fancy overpriced Manhattan place.The service... The solo cook was handling everything but took the time to even clear a table for my group among the boxes of supplies and hand delivered all the food. Even asked if everything was ok.When I asked for hot sauce, he gave me the legit chili sauce you find in Chinese supermarkets.This is the type of place that is a regional hidden gem. Saw the reviews online and took a chance because so far the Asian restaurants I’ve been to do not make DELICIOUS sesame chicken. This place did not let me down. The sesame chicken was so delicious! I was so happy! This is, now, my go to place for sesame chicken. I didn’t like the dumplings. They were very doughy and chewy. No good. Next time I’ll order the Gyoza. Maybe that’s not doughy. These guys are excellent at what they do!! The food had full flavor profiles and were so well priced that we each got two entrees and ate for two days.
