It was made of sheets of chewy meringue loaded with crunchy cashew nuts, alternating with thick layers of “melt-in-your mouth” buttercream. Glad it was not too sweet that I was able to enjoy large servings of this delightful dessert. Great with coffee or tea.“

“We had the best experience ever with this bakery - the cake was included in our venue pricing through this bakery, and I can definitely see why! Working with Alison to schedule and have our tasting, which was just down right fun...(because of COVID we had to take our samples home... and she loaded us up with some extras to share with friends) to showing her our vision for the cake on the day of, and then actually SEEING and EATING it at our wedding was perfect all the way through. They really incorporated everything we asked for, and it was simply delicious!!! We even asked for an extra birthday cupcake for our nephew to have on the day of the wedding, and they made it sooo cute! (wish I could figure out how to add a picture here... It was SO pretty!!!)“

I usually order their mini shooters and their pistachio tres leches, and/or lotus biscoff 3 milk cakes for my events. For the first time, I asked them to make a custom made cake, and provided them with a photo of it. I was so shocked by how it looked the same as my AI-generated example! “For my daughter's sweet 16, she insisted on a specific cake in a specific color and size. NYC Birthday Cakes made her dream come true! The order process was extremely easy and I was able to provide a swatch so that they could match the color as best as possible. (color matching fondant is not easy - I've made cakes myself but didn't have the time now) We only had 40 people and 4 layers (6:, 8", 10" & 12") would have been too much cake. So, they made the top layer and bottom layer with a cake form instead of cake. The two middle layers were red velvet with cream cheese frosting and the vanilla with chocolate mousse. They were absolutely delicious!! The cake was delivered to the venue on time and as promised. These are truly professionals and I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a special cake! (FYI - we bought the topper on our own)“

“This bakery has Dominican cakes available in slices or the whole cake. They do custom orders or you can ask them to decorate one of the cakes they have ready on display if you're short on time. I'm Dominican and I'm very picky about Dominican cake and they did a great job. I also tried the dulce de leche cortado and it was so delicious. The prices are very reasonable.“

So i will drive for some ice cream and most definitely when my friends come into town I take them to this specific carvel (if they've never had carvel ice cream before) because I can ensure they will like it. “Lesslye Hernandez isnt telling the truth. The girl that works there is actually is very nice and really does her job well. she has a great vibe snd really knows how to take care of her customers. Lesslye Hernaandez is a liar and clearly dont got nothing to do with her life other than ruin others. dont listen to this brainless woman?. she was just impatient and clearly didnt understand that they just wanted to fix her order and didnt want to disappoint her but she was too impatient and rude.
