“This place really blew my expectations! Ferdinand the GM and his team are spectacular. They really go above and beyond to make the whole experience special. Everything from the appetizer to the tacos is 10/10, and the drinks … the margaritas HIT! I enjoyed every sip 😭man. I truly recommend the chorizo tacos and the short ribs; those had me on a choke hold. To finish it off, the dessert, man, 20/20! They make their churros in-house, and you can taste the difference. Highly recommend give BarTaco a shot.“

They have nintendo video games at each table with so many games for kids , teens and adults to choose from.while you wait .the food is delicious! “This Restaurant is absolutely amazing, the lady behind the counter was soooo helpful and friendly. She had no issue explaining the menu so, dont be afraid to ask questions. The atmosphere was very calm and fun feeling and last but CERTAINLY NOT LEAST, the FOOOOD! It was amazing i got the chicken nachos with the chicken tacos and an order of churos and everything was DELICIOUS. I did opt to take the guacamole and jalapeños off of the tacos, but next time I will definitely be trying the guacamole on the tacos. The nachos were amazing. I may also have them put guacamole on those next time and the churros were to die for!!! My husband got the chicken quesadilla, which was huge and It was also delicious. He also got the chicken tacos and an order of churros as well. All in all we both give this Resturant a 10 out of 10. And we WILL be regulars!! Lol“

“Cash only! I love this deli restaurant. They have seating indoors and tables outside if you ask. Portions are excellent and flavors are fantastic. I love how they have so many creative combinations for their tortas and burritos, and tons of different meat options. The gorditas are an absolute favorite here and the pozole is soooooo good - it’ll power you through the chilly days for sure. Tacos made with fresh tortillas, and if you order a large drink it’s literally a quart.If you’re into imported sodas and snacks too, they have a lot to choose from. We’re still working on eating our way through the menu and I’m having so much fun doing so.“

“Went here for the first time today, the whole experience from taste to service was amazing! Yummy Taco was definitely a solid pick. Everything came out quick, hot, and packed with flavor—the tacos were on point and you can tell the ingredients were fresh. It didn’t feel rushed or sloppy like some spots do.

Service was just as good as the food. They were attentive, respectful, and made sure we had everything we needed without having to ask twice.

Arrived hot and sweaty in the 90 degree trek, only to find out they do not have margaritas at margaritas cafe and no a/c! Ate at Peruvian place next door, and when I got home read the reviews to find out why you had 4.8 rating.
The reviews were all 5.0 except one idiot, and I was extra curious and also reinvigorated to go back and get take out.
All the reviews were correct! Ordered a burrito, guacamole and taco, brought it home and WOW! Found my new local Mexican spot. Everything was so delicious and fresh, so glad I read the reviews and went back, sorry Bad Boy, this is the best spot in the area by far! See you again soon! As a resident in the Elmhurst neighborhood, my family and I have been fighting a lot to find a great location for breakfast and lunch. Until my family members told us about this place telling me that their Bacon, Egg & Cheese Sandwiches are really good. In the block by where I live, there is a deli close to the Elmhurst Avenue Subway Station, and their sandwiches aren’t that great. According to a store employee, she told us that a breakfast sandwich like this costs you $8.00 each. And when she told us that, that’s when we said no. Not because we’re not interested, it’s because their sandwiches aren’t too great.

In my personal experience, I’ve tried their Carne Asada Quesadilla Combo. I have to say, they are so good. I like the fact that they not only make you a quesadilla, but they also include rice and beans and a canned soda priced at $12.79. A little bit expensive but it’s worth it. I still recommend this place. But the only thing that is not great is that the space is so small that you can’t even go through if you need to grab other things to buy while your food is being prepared.

“I think this was the push for me and my wife to move from Florida to NY! We came here late last year as we visited some family and fell in love. Now we have been here since February and we pretty much stop there AALLLL the time. Luis knows our orders by heart and his family is the sweetest. Call me, “predictable”, but every time I come here, I enjoy the white rice and chicken breast, with refried beans. The beans, are so yummy, and the chicken tender and soft. The establishment, serves a Caesar salad with every meal as apart of the entree accompaniment. I always, also get a glass of red sangria, which is always mixed expertly. The dessert is also prepared well, and there is a a nice presentation that is affixed to the serving of the treat after a meal here. The ambiance of the restaurant is nice, and the music is always pumping. I recommend this restaurant to anyone, interested in trying Honduran fare!“
