“Wonderful experience, got some late-night sammies at the counter, our sub maker Chris was a hilarious and chill worker with excellent customer service skills, also another worker who made one of the sandwiches was incredibly polite and patient with me while making my sandwich (I believe his name was Jim or John). Overall it was a wonderful experience and I would recommend it to anyone wondering where the primo place for midnight bites in Farmington is. Absolutely amazing five stars.“

“Everything was clean and new. The customer service was the most friendly and informal I’ve ever received from an ice cream shop. I tried the birth cake and banana fudge ice cream which was perfectly fresh and creamy with no sight of freezer burns on any of the other many flavors they had. The bubble waffle was the best thing I tried on the menu.“

“I was pleasantly surprised that they offered soft serve as well, although only in vanilla or chocolate. I had the peanut butter sundae and it was delicious. Not a ton of available seating, especially when it’s crowded, but what a great location - just walk over to the park and use the trail along the lake, makes for a perfect summer evening.“

“Every town needs a classic ice cream stand, and Scoops is exactly that. Fantastic selection of hard ice cream from Perry's; I got a hot honey ice cream and it was the perfect amount of heat and flavor.

They also do dipped soft serve which feels like is hard to find these days. Portion sizes are very generous!

Great location by the lake and plenty of parking.

The ONLY downside is that we have gone during their listed hours said they're open (and not out of season), only to find the lights off. Google Maps does allow you to set temporary hours for holidays or other one-off circumstances, so it would be helpful if they updated the hours when they're going to be unexpectedly closed.“

“We ordered a set of 6 through Postmates and unfortunately didn’t get our cookie cutter that we ordered. Postmates has put us through if with supplying documentation l, sending a million pictures, etc… only to say our order isn’t eligible for a refund. On a whim I called in to ask about this and the GM was amazing. She just offered us a cookie cutter. Didn’t make it a hassle, was amazingly friendly, and made me feel a lot less crazy about the situation. 10/10 for crumble cookie 0/10 for Postmates ?“
