Katie’s attention to detail and creativity truly set her apart. She sat with us at our tasting for almost an hour, talking us through each of our tasting requests and working with us closely with us to design a cake that not only looked beautiful but also tasted incredible. Each layer was moist and flavorful, and we even got to mix and match our layers to reflect each of our personal preferences! The cake itself was so beautiful and exceeded my expectations. On the day of the wedding, I left flowers at the venue for Katie to decorate the cake with, and the final result was stunning. The fact that she was willing to do this to match the flowers of our venue was a detail I will never forget. “Radically high-quality cheesecake, bakery in the area. Apparently they were in new Paltz before but are a welcome addition to the city of Newburgh. I went in over the weekend and bought four slices for after dinner; banana, biscoff biscuit, red velvet, and cherry. It holds space among the best cheesecake I've had in my life.“

“Their icecream and vegan icecreams are amazing ! Lots of options! The only downside is that some of the younger employees friends hang around and don’t make it a kid friendly atmosphere with the conversations they are having and language they are using !“

My pastry today is definitely stale and the case was FILLED with fruit flies, a swarm of them flew up and onto the glass when they were getting my pastry.“
