My favorites were the hot fried chicken sandwich, the deconstructed eggplant parm appetizer, and the spaghetti with tomato sauce off of the kids menu (could have used a touch of salt but I think they underseasoned on purpose because it's for kids). The only dish that was pretty underwhelming was the shrimp and grits, which was kind of bland. The decor is also so tasteful and I felt transported to a fancy farmhouse somewhere on the coast of Rhode Island or something. I'll definitely be back!“

Great atmosphere and food. I had a vegan taco plate I shared with friend Raquel. Also, I shared a perfect Pina colada with friend Suki Rae. I also liked my cold and refreshing watermelon ? drink. We four danced (including friend Laurie) to the music of the DJ. Friendly place. Laurie and Raquel ordered and loved their Mexican-style corn ? on the cob. I'm a chef and from the old school of real Jamaican cuisine. That being said, the food here has flavor, some dishes are way better than others. The thing I don't like, is the outrageous prices for such small plates. I get it, people gotta make money but when you give your customers a little more, they come back often. Also, the waitress is nice but need training on timing. Bring utensils first and if its a couple, bring both meals together, not bring one plate then 10 minutes later you bring the other.. I like the mature Reggae music played while eating on Friday evening. Oh a live band at 10pm but different genre of music so could be socca , reggae or whatever . I prefer the reggae band. Now after the band finished, the DJ ticked me off. I hate when him cut upp the music after 5 seconds. People were upset about that. Dj could be ok but have no clue how to watch the floor. “The place opens at 1:00 pm every day. We went on a Wednesday for lunch. We did all you can eat (AYCE). I calculated the cost of what we wanted to try and the AYCE. It was cheaper to go with AYCE. It was $25 per person which I found reasonable. They offered fried items and boiled items. We had the fried oysters, shrimp, calamari, soft shell crab, crab ball, flounder, and onion rings. The seafood was on the small side but it was off season so I expected it. The crab ball was dry. The oysters were slightly salty but not too bad. Overall it was good. It was cooked just right and it was crispy. It came out nice and hot and quickly. The wait staff was attentive but not annoying. The decor was cute.
