“My wife and I really enjoyed the entire setting family style dinning. We both love eggplant very much the seasonings were not salty or spicy plenty of sauce stuffed with fresh ricotta cheese. All of what we could see were large entrees no fru fru at all. This is another local good place to dine in Floral Park.“

I was expecting to do brunch, however they were doing a strict prix fixe Mother's Day menu, which were more lunch-based options. Although I was disappointed with that—the service, ambiance and food made up for it and exceeded my expectations! The clams and salmon focaccia are to die for! So are the pizza and cocktails! I got the Bianca pizza - DELISH & the amalfi cocktail was chef's kiss! The staff was so attentive and accommodating and I can't wait to go back. Danny worked with us to create a menu that was tailored to us and our guests and we got SO much food included in the package we did. He also worked with us to create table arrangements that worked best for our event. I was worried at first that the space only being partially private and not a true private room would be an issue but it was not at all! We really didn’t need it and were happy to still get to enjoy the Sinatra singer that plays for the restaurant that night. He even came over and sang for our party and had us dance which was not expected but a fun surprise that we loved! Overall we had a great event here and I am so happy we chose them to host it!“

“Words really cannot express what a perfect setting La Parma III Italian Restaurant was for our family.
I was trying to plan a luncheon to take place after a funeral remotely from San Diego, CA, and had nothing to go on other than a recommendation from the funeral home
I called and spoke to Guido on a Friday and the lunch was being planned for the upcoming Tuesday 8-27th a few days later.
Being in the catering business myself and immediately hearing "no problem" we can do it all, was simply music to my ears. Guido said he would not be in on that Sunday when I wanted to come check it out in person but gladly provided me with the Managers name that would be available that day to meet. When I arrived at the restaurant, I met Richie, and he could not have been more helpful in confirming everything that I had expected to happen.
Not only did they have us set up in a beautiful room with everything ready to go but both Guido and Richie were there during the lunch and worked the entire event in coordination with their amazing team. From the initial contact over the phone, all the way to the completion of the lunch we could not be happier with how professional and accommodating the people at La Parma III were, especially considering we had just lost our loved one. We would call them again for this or any other meal we needed to be catered. In summary, the food and service were five stars, A+, or whatever is the best grade possible!“

We had limited time in NYC, so every place we visited had to count, and Sergimmo’s did not disappoint. I had a Caesar salad, while my son had a Pasta al Pomodoro e Basilico. Both were great, and so was the shop owner’s treatment of us, obviously not from around the area. Next time we’re in NYC, we’ll be back!“

He created a fantastic menu and was able to accommodate all dietary restrictions while keeping the meal, smooth, consistent, and absolutely delicious. He is not only a delight to work with, but incredibly easy to coordinate with. He was such a pleasure to have in the kitchen, helped me prepare the table and made me feel at ease, even though it was very probable that our outdoor celebration might get ruined by the rain. 12 out of 10 if you’re hosting a dinner party in the Hamptons or in Aspen, he is your guy.
