“Cozy little place, owner/all staff members are kind and friendly. Best clam chowder and sandwiches, not only breakfast menus. Amazing grilled chicken that’s seasoned and cooked perfectly every time. Price is too cheap for the quality of food and drinks!!“

“Why didn’t I find this IHOP location sooner? I’ve always been skeptical about breakfast franchises - especially IHOP. I mean, how good can breakfast really be? But this location completely changed my mind.

The service was outstanding, and the food genuinely impressed me. The servers were warm and welcoming. Their signature pancakes were perfectly fluffy and paired beautifully with the butter and syrup. The omelette was huge, and the price was very reasonable. Even the coffee was great - smooth, not burnt, and they leave the whole pot at your table for easy refills.

I honestly don’t think I’ll be going to local diners anymore. IHOP has won me over for breakfast!

* One small caveat: I wouldn’t recommend the hash brown. It was quite dry and tasted like it had been cooked from frozen.“

“There is nothing about this place that is inviting from the outside. The tinted front windows are more at place in a bordello than a cafe. The tables outside are a mess. And once you get inside it’s not much better.

That said, the young woman working the counter on the Saturday I went there with my family was beyond delightful, patient and professional. Not only did she welcome each customer, not only did she graciously take orders, she actually would bring said orders to the customers at their tables. Really, she could have just called out names, but she went the extra mile. The food was great and quite affordable too. The combination of the two brings in loyal locals, one after another, all waiting patiently in line.

One major downer: There is only one (short order) cook and there really needs to be at least two. The wait is way too long. The owner needs to step up and find another cook. It’s not fair to customers nor to staff.

All in all, however, a great experience.“

“Terrific for a coffee shop in an office building! I had a very tasty mushroom cheese burger. The fries were meh. I suggest they copy Wendy's fries (skin on, less oil)
I took home a side of potato salad that was home-made and shockingly good!

The worker at the register was honestly just rude and had a very standoffish attitude. It almost made me want to cancel my order and walk out the store. “I go here every morning for coffee and the occasional pastry- staff are top notch! Have had dinner multiple times and recently a lovely outdoor brunch. It’s the cutest place in the area by far: excellent food, friendly, prompt service. I have never had a problem- 100% lovely experiences. Just double check the hours as weekday hours are slightly different. Definitely a must try! I usually get the Farm Burger and hand cut fries- burger is always made to my specifications- perfect and generous portion. I also love their Cobb salad. Ten stars!!! ⭐️“

“Love, Love, LOVE this breakfast spot. I order from here regularly. The food is always fast, fresh and budget friendly. The guy who takes phone orders affectionately refers to us as “The Donut Family” because we usually order the last donuts of the day. What’s pictured here is seasoned waffle fries and a special made burger (bacon cheddar cheeseburger on a glazed donut w/lettuce & tomato). They are open very early. They take cards and cash. The staff is super friendly. Great for delivery but not so great as a dine in spot (they do have a couple of chairs inside but it’s really too small to sit and enjoy a meal without having to move for the incoming foot traffic).“

“10 out of 10 would recommend! First of all, the venue is beautiful and spacious. All of their equipment is modern and adds that extra special touch. They included the 360 booth as well as the Photo Booth as part of the package and it was a hit the night of the party. Staff were super friendly and helpful. They accommodated and assisted with ALL of our requests. The owners were very professional and easy to communicate with. I can not say enough good things about DREAMS NYC. Super happy customer. “This is one of my go-to spots. A busy, classic diner that reliably serves good food at a reasonable price. While the service and decor might not be anything special, the sandwiches, soups, and plates are solid and satisfying for what you pay.“

“I was in midtown Manhattan to see a live TV show, Gutfeld. I had some time before lining up outside the TV channel's building, so I stopped in for a quick lunch at this place. It is, apparently, open 24 hours, which is interesting given it's location right smack in the middle of midtown. I ordered some hot items from the hot bar, which is extensive. I chose the eggplant parmesan with rice. The food was good. This restaurant does not look to be the most hygienically pleasing, but, on the other hand, it was not expensive and the offerings I chose were tasty. The service was OK. One other note is that when I asked for regular water, they handed me an empty cup which I had to fill from a tap, they did not have any of those water filtration systems you see at many other restaurants, kind of a cheap touch.“

“Total vibe before the Yankees game. We were in our St Louis Cardinals matching jerseys for our 5 yr anniversary. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. The twins were really nice and their bouncer, server, host added so much entertainment and a genuine touch.

The food recommendation, and I quote: 'look im Greek, so I know everything taste great". With that we order two beef gyros and two Bloody Marys *spicy*. The gyro was the best open faced sandwich I have ever tasted. The Bloody Mary did not disappoint, great flavor and wonderfully spicy.

“I was here from Atlanta with a few friends and we found this location on Google and decided to try it out. I was thoroughly pleased. The atmosphere was really nice. I felt comfortable to enjoy a nice conversation with my friends without super loud music but still having a true brunch experience.

“Wanting to take my daughter for a special treat whilst in New York for a few days we booked afternoon tea in the Pembroke Room at the Lowell Hotel after knocking back the Plaza after reading a few dodgy reviews. So pleased we did as we spent over 2 hours enjoying every moment. The service was excellent as was the food, especially the warm scones. It’s a shame the cream was “Devonshire” rather than the traditional Clotted Cornish but other than that it was perfection.
