“Came here at 8 pm on a Sunday, normally I get nervous going somewhere late because it’s about to close but the staff was amazing, waitress great and attentive, food and drinks came out fast and was soooo good. Now after places like Taco Palace, New Magic Chef, Taco Han, and Taco Fun all closed in Bayside one by one within past decade or so, I’m definitely considering on coming here next as an official replacement and successor to those places.“

“In our constant quest for great Mexican food in Westchester County, I stumbled upon great reviews for this place so we decided to try it for an early dinner on a Saturday night. We started with the tableside guacomole and chips - perfect! Guacamole was the best we've had in forever and the chips the perfect texture. I enjoyed my oversized margarita while my husband had a pina colada he proclaimed was great. Don't miss the Short Rib Korean Tacos. I asked our server for a recommendation and he was spot on with this one. Tender meat and terrific seasoning. My husband opted for the Chicken Chimichanga and thoroughly enjoyed it as well. Service was friendly and efficient. We were too full to try the churros but we will be returning soon!“

“Rich Mexican flavor, just a small detail, the night shift employees are uneducated and when you call to request a delivery they leave you waiting on the phone and when they make a mistake and you call them to report it, they just hang up on you“

Danny’s Deli and Grocery is the best! I stop by all the time — the food is always fresh, and the sandwiches are amazing. The crew are super friendly and always make you feel welcome. It’s one of those neighborhood spots that just puts you in a good mood. Great food, great people, great vibes!“

“We’re from CA/TX and can say that these are the best al pastor tacos we’ve had in NYC!
Taco deets:
3 tacos for $6, incl radishes, limes, salsa
Cash / card (if you pay in store)
no seating area
Super clean stand
Opens at 4pm
We also ordered a huge $10 torta milanesa which was perfectly done. We couldn’t stop complementing them!
We’ll definitely be back here, if only for the tacos.
UPDATE
Came back since it was so great! This time we ordered the quesadilla which differed from the traditional US quesadilla. The tortilla was made in house and filled with a generous portion of meat as well as a Mexican cheese. Muy rico!“
