“They had amazing vegetarian selections here and the food was absolutely delicious! I had the burrito and the portion was great, super authentic! The drinks were the best part though! We had the Lady Spanglish and Pisocito which are perfect flog you’re into spicy or slightly bitter drinks. We will definitely be coming back!“

They have improved a lot, they have renovated the restaurant. “It was a surprise to find this little restaurant in Harlem. There were no tables, and we took the last two seats at the bar. While we waited, I surprisingly felt at home. The aroma of the food, the care with which Karina prepared each of the dishes, and the kindness and joy they served us. By the time our table was ready, we didn't want to take it anymore; we ate much more than we planned to order because we didn't want to miss out on their delicious food. I have dietary restrictions, and I was surprised to see that everything from the exquisite tortillas to the delicious tres leches dessert was prepared right there, gluten-free and preservative-free. The space was decorated in a very fun and festive way which makes it a little bit of an escape from the city. The ribeye tacos were delicious and were half off because of the Friday special. The plantains are also a must have side. They have frozen margaritas in rotating flavors and the mago one was delicious. We ended the meal with some churros and dipping sauces and left full and happy.“

After looking at many places on Columbus that just didn’t thrill us, we were SO happy to find the incredibly delicious Mexican cuisine at Nina’s last night I had the Cochinita Pibil (with an orange habanero salsa on the side that will let you know who’s boss…) and my old friend had Enchiladas Mole with chicken. Excellent and authentic food with warm, friendly staff, and a great bar selection with many tequilas. Nina’s is great! Reasonable too! Glad to give credit where it’s due to this 7mo old establishment that I hope stays for many years! Will return for more!“

“I couldn’t get a picture of anyone’s food since we all dug in right away but the food here is amazing! We had their Birria tacos, a steak meal and a steak fajitas meal—chef’s kiss! They were very kind, welcoming and family oriented here. The place is small, I will say, it’s way smaller than I expected but nonetheless, we were quickly seated and the music was good the entire time. This was a memorable experience , thank you!“
