I normally visit this restaurant 3–4 times a week because I really enjoy the food. I completely understand that sometimes it gets busy and orders may take a little longer, and I’ve never had an issue with that. However, I do think the customer service could be more consistent. Great daily menu, delicious 🐔
absolutely phenomenal. it was a late night, the kids were hungry, i was hungry, the whole family really! we were in queens and looking for a restaurant, we walked and finally stumbled upon rico’s chicken. the service was quick, the staff was nice, and the food. O.M.G. it was perfection on a plate. my kids and i left full, satisfied and happy. happy to say we WILL be going back soon. 10/10. thank you rico’s chicken.
