Stop by here to get all kinds of marinated and spiced meats. Their smoked chicken goes fast, they make two batches a day and they're almost always sold out before 5:00. They are not open on Sundays.

A must try hidden gem for the best braised meats I’ve had in the states. Food is delicious and price is great. Would highly recommend their braised beef shank, chicken liver, chicken gizzards, and pork tongue, they are must gets. The pork liver, stomach, and beef tripe are great as well! The meats are braised low and slow, so flavorful and tender. Just make sure to get there early or they will sell out quick. Owner is nice and kind as well.
