“Best bacon deluxe burger at 9pm in town. The new renovation really made this a refreshing place that it needed. Very good. And I can get a choice of a potato salad on the side. Because deep fried food seed oils make my gal bladder hurt. Good options for that.“

“We visited Thursday night to check out the trivia night that we heard so much about. We were promptly seated by Amy who suggested a certain spot to hear the questions from. We ordered some apps and some drinks. I stopped a fellow and asked if he was Dave, the owner. He said he was and chatted a bit. The food arrived and let me tell you the pretzel with beer cheese or whatever it is called screamed for a second order. Trivia was fun although I'd like to see a few less phones out. Although there was a younger crowd,we were very comfortable.“

“Bob and Julia do an immaculate job of running the bar. Wish I could see more of them. They always get food orders out in a timely manner, and provide the BEST drinks in down town GF. Rion also kills it! I'll never be upset being a guest at this establishment.“

“Had some great Nachos and a Coffee and Baileys. Service was very friendly and we were in and out pretty quick. I'd like to stop by again because the menu had a couple things I didn't get to try like the chicken cordon blue bites and other interesting items. Good place to stop for a quick meal.“

“👍👍Can't say enough about how wonderful and accommodating Patty and her fantastic staff were when they recently allowed us to host a memorial service dinner on their enclosed patio. From the start, Patty met most every request with a prompt response that was both positive and reassuring. The space was perfect for our group, the food was met with positive reviews from all of our group of folks from toddlers to seniors, and the service provided by Allison, Candace and the rest of their crew was sweet, attentive, and efficient. If you are looking for a nice space with a local history vibe and unpretentious atmosphere with consistently good food and great service, Cooper's Cave is a great option. “ADK nachos were super good!! My husband got the steak and loved it. I did half a chicken with homemade bbq sauce, sweet potato fries and Mac n cheese. Chicken and fries were soooo good. I found the Mac n cheese to be bland but I think that’s the style if you were to pile on something bbq flavored then it would have been better. On its own it wasn’t my taste but everything else was very good. Can’t wait to go back next trip to Lake George!“

Although we've since relocated to North Carolina, we returned to the Glens Falls area for our son's wedding. At his and his fiancée’s suggestion, we reached out to Davidson Brothers Brewing to host the rehearsal dinner—and we’re so glad we did.
We first visited the brewery in late June and were blown away by the food and beer selection. Fast forward to this past weekend: the rehearsal dinner for over 60 guests was the perfect kickoff to the wedding festivities. Kerry and the entire team at Davidson Brothers were outstanding throughout the planning process. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made everything seamless.
The evening went off without a hitch, and we received countless compliments from guests about the venue choice. We couldn’t agree more—Davidson Brothers Brewing is a gem in the heart of Glens Falls. With fantastic food, exceptional beers, and a welcoming ambiance, it’s the perfect destination for a casual drink, a great meal, or a memorable event.“
