“Stopped at nearby hotel on our way to Canada, did a search and up popped Klam'r.

Great location on the Mohawk river, nice green space across the street. Inside was what I'd describe as a joint, in the best sense.

Interesting decor, lively and popular at times. We were seated and then came the popcorn bowl and I'm thinking I don't want popcorn yet we ate it down anyway 😂

The steamed clams are definitely worth an order. The fish and chips was perfectly cooked. Not heavily breaded, not greasy, just perfectly cooked. Tender and delicious fish with food fries. The coleslaw had a sweetness to it from the pineapple, trust me it was good. My wife enjoyed the fish tacos.

Staff were friendly and service was good. We ate after the early dinner rush but finished before the party crowd got there.

“This place always treats me good. I made it a bit of a tradition to come here once a week for a drink or two, specifically a Long Island Tea or mimosa, and the staff are awesome.
But tonight, I decided to get three drinks for a special occasion and one dude urged me to chug my third. I am neurodivergent and I am vulnerable to people egging me on in a way. My bartender, one of the ladies, told him off immediately, showing that they genuinely care about their customers, especially those that are neurodivergent. I am appreciative of that girl for standing up for me like that.
I also overheard that one of the ladies was expecting (Congraaaaaaats.). So next time I come round, if it's allowed, I may bring some baby items to help her out.

“Really nice place. Great food fair service and a really nice atmosphere. In the summer this place would be awesome they have two giant garage doors that open up to an outside bar. Lots of great food choices in a really fun surrounding. Prices for reasonable and the food was delicious.“

“We had our book club here and it was fantastic. The upstairs room is so beautiful and stylish. The food was DELICIOUS and very unique. Highly recommend the biscuit flight and whipped ricotta. Cocktails were fresh takes on old classics. Staff was very gracious. I can’t wait to come back for dinner!“

“Love the Irish pub atmosphere. Would highly recommend Ryan's Wake for a private party. We had 50 people who were very comfortable in the space. Private room has its own bar which was great. All the staff we worked with were friendly and accommodating. We had appetizers, since party was 6-9pm. Great working with Jared, as he helped me with party planning suggestions. We brought balloons and some decorations. I was extremely happy with Ryan's Wake private room. Plenty of room to mingle! Great job Ryan's Wake!!“

“Whenever I fly out of Albany Airport, I always stop by Hudson's for a pre-flight drink. I've consistently had positive experiences—friendly bartenders and quick service every time. It's also conveniently located near most of the airlines I fly with, which makes it an easy stop. “Our son was in a concert at the Cohoes City Music Hall so we went to Spindles for dinner. My son, husband, and I all had a wonderful dinner. We tried the fried deviled eggs and they were delicious. I also highly recommend any dish served with their risotto! It was the best I have had. Spindles is worth checking out!“
