“Stopped at nearby hotel on our way to Canada, did a search and up popped Klam'r.

Great location on the Mohawk river, nice green space across the street. Inside was what I'd describe as a joint, in the best sense.

Interesting decor, lively and popular at times. We were seated and then came the popcorn bowl and I'm thinking I don't want popcorn yet we ate it down anyway 😂

The steamed clams are definitely worth an order. The fish and chips was perfectly cooked. Not heavily breaded, not greasy, just perfectly cooked. Tender and delicious fish with food fries. The coleslaw had a sweetness to it from the pineapple, trust me it was good. My wife enjoyed the fish tacos.

Staff were friendly and service was good. We ate after the early dinner rush but finished before the party crowd got there.

“Been here a few times. Food has always been very good and service too. Nice semi fancy atmosphere. A tad pricey but not a bad value factoring in the atmosphere. Its a go to spot when we have an event and want a reservation and need to know its gonna be a solid dinner.“

“We had our book club here and it was fantastic. The upstairs room is so beautiful and stylish. The food was DELICIOUS and very unique. Highly recommend the biscuit flight and whipped ricotta. “Love the Irish pub atmosphere. Would highly recommend Ryan's Wake for a private party. We had 50 people who were very comfortable in the space. Private room has its own bar which was great. All the staff we worked with were friendly and accommodating. We had appetizers, since party was 6-9pm. Great working with Jared, as he helped me with party planning suggestions. We brought balloons and some decorations. I was extremely happy with Ryan's Wake private room. Plenty of room to mingle! Great job Ryan's Wake!!“

“Outside of this place.. Not such a beautiful part of Troy.. Inside, definitely a vibe. Its sweet and homey, the waiter was an absolute doll, the food was delicious and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Definitely advise making a reservation because they do clearly book up fast. My only nit pick is that did take a bit for the food to come out.. We got the appetizer at the same time as our entre but we at least were still on time for our event we were going to.“

“Local old school baroom in a blue collar residential neighborhood. The beer was ice cold and the service was good. Had an excellent cheeseburger and was very happy with the tab. Definitely recommend if you are into quality over appearance. Although old it was extremely clean!“

“Whenever I fly out of Albany Airport, I always stop by Hudson's for a pre-flight drink. I've consistently had positive experiences—friendly bartenders and quick service every time. It's also conveniently located near most of the airlines I fly with, which makes it an easy stop. I haven’t tried the food yet, so I can’t speak to that, but I definitely recommend grabbing a drink here if you’ve got a little time before your flight!“
