“When I first walked in I was not so sure of the place but then they brought out our dishes and changed my mind. Catherine was our waittress and she was very sweet and helpful. The food was really good, for reference I had the grilled chicken, with white rice, plaintain, and fries. The sangria was nice and sweet. Come and check it out. First time here and they won a repeat customer.“

“Review by a half Colombian regarding authenticity… food was delicious, fresh and really big portion size. What I liked most is the picada in other Colombian places is usually all fried but here they grill the chicken and steak. The kids fries with mini hotdogs was also huge for a kid size and great priced, couldent recommend this place enough to all of you. I will def be back for more.“

“I’m so happy that I ignored the reviews and ordered from here anyway. I’m Colombian, so if I think the food is good it’s because it is! Their hot chocolate was authentic and delicious! Their buñuelos are huge which is a plus! The portions of their dishes are perfect. I was extremely happy with my order. I’m so happy that I was able to order through seamless and they delivered to me 2 miles away. My food and drink were hot and fresh! I was so delighted that I even called the restaurant to thank them because their hot chocolate spoke to my soul. I can’t wait to try their soups over the weekend.“

“My brother moved by this spot like a month ago and I know this place OH SO WELL. ? I’m in Freeport and I haven’t found empanadas as good as Mamma Gina’s. When I tell you the food just hits every time, they’re honestly so consistently great.
Parking: It’s a small lot, so just take it slow turning into it.“

I gave it 5 stars because everything seemed good to me, although they charged me 3 fritters and only gave me 2 😅🤣🤣🤣
Oh surprise when we open the bag, I know that anyone makes a mistake, but try to be more aware of takeout orders..

“Sembrador is a good colombian restaurant, good atmosphere, attention is good, and food is like" food soul" make you feel home. The portions are a little big to me. So you can share if 2 people don't eat too much. Prices are affordable.“

“First of all, all the ladies that work here are really nice . Secondly , the coffee is amazing. It just has a real taste when compared to Dunkin Donuts or Tim Hortons . I ordered 6 empanadas. costs about $18.00, fair price for a great lunch. Green sauce & pink sauce are fantastic. I suggest to pay $1.00 more for 4x extra sauces, it is worth it.

“PLEASE READ THE END: AUTHENTIC COLOMBIAN FOOD... The staff is AMAZING quick and really hard working (I spent 3 hours today and they never stop for a minute). They are the most FRIENDLY & NICE people I have met in Nassau COUNTY (Besides my friends) and they definitely give all their best to make me feel at home (I have never been so close to home when I am here... I have only been there a couple of times (I wish I could live in this place 😅😅😅) I don't wanna eat all those candies but I'll find someone that likes them as much as I did...
