“I DoorDashed a caramel craze coffee and I got a cup of milk, when I called the store I spoke with Lauren the store manager, and she was super apologetic and asked if I was comfortable with her making a new one for me and bringing it to my house. She got here just 10 minutes after our phone call with the right coffee and a few donuts. She was very kind and apologetic. thanks, Lauren.“

“We drove out of our way to get a good cup of Dunkin Coffee. It was worth the trip, the staff greeted us with a smile, took part in conversation and severed us a perfect order. It was hot and delicious. Next time we are in a Lake George we will make the trip to THIS Dunkin!!“

“Had a great coffee date with my children, you never can go wrong with coffee and donuts. The cashier was sweet, the place was clean overall but over heard an employee trash talking a customer that came in and everyone in the entire Dunkin could hear her. I even said something to her about it because it was involving a lady and her service dog, and as a reminder if we don't have nothing nice to say don't say anything at all!“

“I totally recommend Dunkin’ on Dix Avenue in Queensbury, NY!!! Awesomeeeee service! Went out on a hunt for tumblers and found 2 out of the 3 I needed to complete my set. Asked if anymore purple and was told no. As I’m sitting in my car the lady who was helping me comes running down the side walk to catch me because she found some out back!!! Made my entire year!! Thank you Jazz hope I’m spelling name right lol but I will definitely visit this Dunkin’ whenever I am down that way!!! She deserves a hugeee raise!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️“

“One of the best Dunkin's I've been too, and I go to a lot of Dunkin's. Very clean, great staff, fast service. I've only used the app and ordered to go, but based on how it's kept and set up, I'd eat inside if I had the time.“
